A world without children

I had this most peculiar dreams a few nights ago.

I awoke in an (unknown) house. I could hear a child crying, and I knew there were a few women with small children in the same house as I was sleeping in.
So I got out of bed, trying to find the crying child.

Out in the hallway I met several women. They were all scared. They were running around, looking for their children.
I asked what had happened, and a woman stopped and told med that all the children all over the world had gone missing.

What about the child crying? I asked.

It must be a ghost, the woman replied, and ran down the hallway and out of view.

I switched on the tv (and found myself in a livingroom without having moved a muscle), and it was all over the news.. all children, up to the age of 15 had completely vanished.

What about pregnant women? I asked out loud.
And as a reply, the reporter on the tv said that only unborn children had remained.

They must be resetting the program. I thought to myself, and thought that it was a really nasty way of doing it.

I met ut with my grandmother (who is dead IRL) and asked her if this was the christian rapture (she was very religious in her life).
She shook her head and said that all the children would be back, they just had to "fix them" first.
But she wouldn't tell me who "they" were, and not where the children were at.

When I tried to make her tell me, she just vanished into thin air herself. And that woke me up.

The dream left me rather annoyed.. and pissed off.. at "they"

Interesting.

Are you in any kind of environment, work or family where children are limited from behaving as they normally would or people are expected to know everything without having the opportunity to learn.
For example u workplace where there is limited or no training opportunities; Or a person looking for work & prospective employers are expecting candidates to already have all the skills they are looking for.

Some situation where people or children don't have the opportunity to learn & grow.

No, not at all

I reckon this dream is speaking about the "child like" qualities in my own personality. Still not sure about what sides though

Maybe there is no innocence in the world and everyone's trying to repress any possible sight of the true world that kids live in eg. the news, people etc.
