Dreams that feel like they continue?

Once in awhile I wil have a dream where it feels like I've had the plot before but it continues.. Last night I was in the dream and it was a virtual game and I saw this name over someone in the game and started saying how I remember playing with him in earlier versions of the game; in reality it does feel like I played the game before but I know I haven't.. Maybe I created it When I was younger in my dreams and forgot the dreams?

Also why is it when I always become lucid, I always start looking for this older guy that I've liked?? I will literally just have the thought in my mind to look for him.. Why do I never have any other thing to do? I'm usually always doing the same thing in my lucids...

Maybe you could try increasing the vividness of a dream and becoming more lucid?
It may sound confusing but if you increase the level of vividness of your dream you should also be increasing the level of couinsouness in that dream. That way you could look back and remember some of the things you wanted to do when you were awake (:
