Although in order to give a more accurate interpretation it would usually be best to have some general background information about you, it looks like this dream is about emotions, instincts and values because this is what a woman usually symbolizes in the dreams of a male (assuming that you are a male).

If the woman is “sick” or being hurt, the man is probably ignoring his own feelings too much.

For example, he might often be unpleasant and rude with others, or he might feel anger etc. about them but covers it up. Either way, he might not know this is going on and this can cause problems.

Walking along the main road to the village might mean there’s a need to change in some way this way of acting.
