One of the few dreams I remember this week.

I'm think I'm half awake, because I can see my wall beside me. Oddly, though, I think I'm dreaming because through my (solid stone) wall I can see my old room from before I moved house (it's dark and slightly spooky). I'm unable to move, it's as though I'm in between wakefulness and sleep: the kind of lethargy that makes you hit your alarm's snooze button groaning "Just five more minutes".

The one detail I remember and think is significant is, as the title suggests, a dark shadowy cat that approached me from my shadowy 'old room'. I don't like this cat and I tell it to f*** off, it does but wanders back and jumps on my bed as I drift into another dream. I wish I could kick it off but I can't, it's too late for I've lost my 'lucidity'.

Just wondered if anybody thought this was interesting or significant, and also because it kinda creeped me out at the time.

You have the ability to see a cat's "soul". I did have some similar dreams to yours and that's what I've been told. It's supposedly rare and somewhat primitive "talent" dating from prehistorical times when men were in intuitive contact with animals (their preys and/or their competitors). So you have to relax and listen to the "message" the cat is bringing to you.

I have a lot of dreams about cats. unfortunatly in your case, the cat brings bad luck. Be cautious. i can't remember if it has to deal with money, but it's not supposed to be good.

      Cool, sounds interesting.
I'm gonna have to keep an eye out for any similar dreams, although chances are that I've had a few similar ones, but forgotten them. It could be possible that I noticed something I don't normally, Caro.
I've always tried to avoid thinking about luck, I think it's possible to interpret circumstances as good or bad luck, when it's just as possible that things would've happened anyway. Even so, I won't ignore your advice catrina.
      Thanks guys
