      Teeth Dream

      I have heard of a lot of people who have had a similar dream to mine, It's the one where all your teeth fall out.
      I love dreaming and am good at it! I can lucid dream whenever i choose to (ish), and have overcome recurring dreams by facing deamons and asking questions to the figures in my dreams. However with this one, i can't seem to do it. I have them every now and again (i can't see a pattern).

      In my dream i first feel that one tooth is loose, and when i try to clench my teeth to get it back in place i notice that a lot of them have come loose, and in stead of helping the situation i can't help grinding my teeth. They all start crumbling and i start spitting them out.

      Sometimes i am aware that i am dreaming, but still can't control the situation- I am worried that whilst i am sleeping i am actually grinding and harming my teeth.
      Once in my dream, knowing that i was dreaming and in order to take control and face my fear i stared into the mirror and pulled each tooth out. This still hasn't stopped the dream.

      I am an actress, and therefore my life is unpredictable. Sometimes i have a lot of work and other times i don't know when the next job will come. However i'm very lucky and work more than most. I love my life, have wonderful friends. I don't have a partner and live alone.

      Is there something i am not facing?

      well am not one to look at other peoples dreams (well i am lol) but i have done the same as you for the past 10 years i have been facing demon and so on and there was this one this were in the dream no matter were i went my feet were always hurting me and hurting me even wen i flying i still had the same problem.
      now before i carry on i did do a lot of walking. I woke up on time to find that my feet were still hurting so i weent to the doctors and they told me that i since i had been up and a bout alot more than i shud i have spriand most of the inside of my feet (NO IDEA HOW IN HELL I DID IT) but if ur saying that ur life is a unpredicable and these teeth dreams are then try and add a little bit of how shall i put it order in ur life were u no what is coming to next day. I had to stop walking as much and i made sure that wen i was in a dream i didnt use as much energy. So all i can think is you try and wen ur lucid do somthing as in make a list to keep the unpredicable factor out of it. and give a bit of time the teeth dreams will stop and ul be fine just like i was after about a month on using public transport instead of waking about 20 miles aday

      A general interpretation of dreams of this kind would say the following;

      A dream in which your teeth are falling out/ rotten, shows that you have said things that are hurting someone close to you.

      Now i'm not sure whether this is genuine, it all depends on the situation i suppose. Has there been any evidence to show that this may be the case?

      I have done some research in the past about common dreams, and this was one of them. The sites that I went to said that teeth falling out could mean that you don't like your appearance/ something to do with your appearance. It says this because teeth (your smile) are usually the first things people notice about someone.

      I have the same dream, its funny how you clench your teeth to stop them falling, but I always get just the one normally and put my toungue in the gap, I used it as a dream sign, and since then it has stopped!!

      To induce lucid dreaming, you would notice things that are common in your dreams, and use this as a way or recognising your dreaming.

      For example my common dreams would be teeth falling out, Camera not working, sex etc. etc.

      So I would recognise these signs in my dreams in be able to induce more LDs

      Lol, once you realize you're dreaming you can make them grow back, then you won't have to be toothless.
