Thread: Dream for interpretation please

Hello. Last night I had the following dream and would love to hear what people think as possible interpretations.

I'm walking somewhere and suddenly I'm walking uphill. As the hill gets steeper, I notice there there are now foot and hand platforms for me to walk on (kind of like when you go rock climbing and there are notches cut out). The walk is not difficult and I am stepping with relative ease. I don't know if I reach the top, but all of a sudden I'm at a cocktail party in a high rise building. I'm not sure where it is, but I think it may be NYC.

A woman dressed in a shiny evening gown comes over and starts talking to me about something and I'm not sure what the topic is, but all of a sudden we look out the window and there is a young man suspended in air for about 2 seconds and then he falls. All of the people at the party look over out the window and the young man had fallen and died.

The body seemed to have been dismembered at the arms but I couldn't make out the lower part of the body. There was no blood, but there were guts and spattering of what looked like ground chicken (gross. I know). I didn't know anyone in the dream and couldn't see the young man's face since he fell face down.

I woke up in a panic and pretty scared. I am prone to having anxiety attacks and the dream was triggering the symptoms. I am a 35 y/o woman and have been recently introduced to Pranic Healing and metaphysical philosophies as well as just having many life changes in the past 2 years. I also read a lot of self help books and trying to awaken to the truth. I hope this is enough information to go on. Thanks.
