oke this is the story i know it sounds mean but i had this dream that realy scarred me a friend of mine thougth it migth had to do whit my fears how can fear efect dreaming ill explain my last 2 dreams oke this is my first dream this one scared me the most i am going to a consert im not myself i know that much cause i know the ppl ofthat band i see one of my best friends who is in the band at the doors i go to him he looks tired and beaten i ask him what is wrong whit you are you tired he says no i am not tired just a bit down i ask him ifhe wants to tell him whats wong he tels me this strange story about tarzan and jane what i cant completeley remember unfortiunatly he goes in by the back stage enterance and i go in trogh the visitors door i sit down next to a girl i never seeen before but whioo ever i am seems to know this girl she strats talking about beeing exitet to be there and sudenly my friend comes in to the sideclub holding a bottle of pills i tell the girl if he takes more tahn 3 we knock it out of his hands he takes 9 ore 10 pils and we stand up after that we take the pils out of his ghand he hits the floor not breathing not moving the girl tels me to get some one from the band ore the crew i run to the back stage entereanse ans i get my fiance and my self who i treuly am if you get what i mean well call her to make it notthat comfusing her and she . She sits down next to my friend and starts givving cpr he trows up what ever he had taken and starts breathinh again my fiance gets the phone from the girl and calls an ambulanse if my friend is taken away my fiance sudedenly gets hit by somthign and fals on the floor himself apearing to be dead my treu self starts to panic and scream things i cant understand she seems very very destrougth after that moment i woke up my second dream i was runnig vleeing from some thing i only cant remember what acording to this site running from somthing means loss and considering i am afraid off loss maybe my dreams are relatet to my fear of loss

sounds unpleasant I assume this probably is related to your fear of loss.. hmm if theres any repetitive dream signs in your fear of loss dreams I would try and use them as a way to get lucid and combat these frightening dreams, or if you can realize that something bad is going to happen( mainly if its loss-based such as losing a loved one) you could use this as a way to become lucid, I'm sure once you start realizing these dreams are merely dreams while in the dream, they'll start to go away.. Also you may want to note that your subconcious will take into account things you think will happen, such as if you think your not going to have any bad dreams, then you won't! sounds easier then it is though Well I hope I've helped and I hope your nightmares get less frequent and eventually go away altogther.
