I assume this probably is related to your fear of loss..
hmm if theres any repetitive dream signs in your fear of loss dreams I would try and use them as a way to get lucid and combat these frightening dreams, or if you can realize that something bad is going to happen( mainly if its loss-based such as losing a loved one) you could use this as a way to become lucid, I'm sure once you start realizing these dreams are merely dreams while in the dream, they'll start to go away..
Also you may want to note that your subconcious will take into account things you think will happen, such as if you think your not going to have any bad dreams, then you won't! sounds easier then it is though
