Thread: saw my spirit guide / guardian angel

I'm very spiritual, not really religious but i am spiritual. i always believed in a guardian angel / spirit guide (not sure if they mean the same thing to most people, but i figure they do)

but i had a dream, it was really cool. I was talking to my cousin that's in another country (back home) where i came from. (Iran, i am persian , don't know why i added but some people are curious hehe) and she was saying, something like:

"Before your spirit guide makes contact with you, you feel a very powerful presence and it can be frightening because it's so real and intense"

then that segment of the dream ended, and I went to sleep i guess. because i had a false awakening, but still thought i was in the dream. Then all of a sudden im in my bed and i felt quite scared, but i told myself to calm down because it's probably my spirit guide. but anyways, it was hard to move and everything was very cool. ill explain what it was like:

everything was white, it was SOOOOO COOL because it was like i was in her realm, everything was wavy, i felt and heard lot's of wave noises, like wind. wavy wind, and i felt someone behind me, and i tried looking over my shoulder but it was very difficult to move at all. and i was quite scared, then i saw her, i felt her hand rubbing my back over and over and she was comforting me, she said something along the lines of "everything will be ok". i forget if it was telepathic or spoken.

something like that.

and yea i just love this dream, it pretty much explains itself to you but i had to share it. and maybe if anyone knows more about dreams like this, or maybe about a guardian angel or spirit guide please comment


ill tell a little about myself i guess. i have been scared in the past due to scary experiences, from drugs and i hate drugs and will never try them again, but i was really scared of going to hell (see i told you i was spiritual! my good trips were about heaven my bad ones about hell )

and yea, this dream was scary but in such a comfortable way, because i felt the fear emotion, but could handle it because i knew the fear was from the action of meeting my spirit guide.

i have NEVER seen her in my dreams only this one time, and i always wanted to encounter her. the cool thing was i always had a feeling she had black/brown hair and she did, i didn't really see her face but it was really cool

are these kind of dreams rare? think i'll see her again?
