Did I go to the where the dead go?

Maybe, very much like many of us here, we have, what I consider "Important Dreams", not just your everyday dreams about Jack, Paul or the girl at reception, but dreams which you know are extremely significant and do not have any baring on our everyday life. This particular dream I think needs someone else to have a look, did I stumble upon something?? Now, I went to bed with my wife and then went into sleep. In the dream, I found myself, what could be described as the American outback, mainly desert with a long bar type shack around 100 metres away, it was dark and the ground had a orange hue to it, I was also with my wife in my dream. Inside the shack were friends I guess and my wife noticed two of them outside and called them over, although she has met them in waking life. She called them over on my behalf as we wanted to say that we had recently got married - one of the chaps who came over had passed away (committed suicide) when I was young and as my wife spoke to the "live" one, I spoke to my dead friend and apologised to him for what had happened, he was okay and we chatted a little more..THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT - I then asked him a very important question, because I really felt I was on another plane - I asked him, where is this where we are at the moment and he replied "This is Creedance"...as soon, as I knew, I tried to desperately call it out in our real world, so I could wake my wife up and she would remember it, because i knew it would get lost in the dream and I would not remember when I woke up, thankfully, I did wake up later and remember....Creedence....Creedence...I know that this is soppy, but maybe astral projectors know if this is right or not...or am I mental?

I have also had experiences where I dream of a name or a word and try to remember it upon wakening. I am getting better at it, and am grateful.

I looked up the meaning of credence (pronounced creedence) and it means truth and belief. I couldn't find anything about a location called credence/creedence. Not to say it doen't exist...maybe in the astral, like you stated. I am not an expert on this either...but have fun with my attempts.

The same thing happened with me and a hidden town called Trubadore. I looked it up and couldn't find and such town.

Also, I looked up the meaning of desert in dreams. I found one in psychic revelation: basically it stated that these dreams are about God and that dreams about space and ocean reflect the same. Of course this is just one interpretation. It states that you will recieve messages in this dream and to pay attention: which you did!

So, to me, the idea of Credence: belief/trust...perhaps your friend is sharing with you that you found a place you can only get to through belief and trust. Perhaps your friend was a dream guide, helping your higher spiritual aspirations?

Thank you for your reply. I was not too sure if I would receive one or not.

Your lucky to have such a dream. If you haven't already, write it down.

I once had a dream similar to yours. I wrote it down and one day I heard something in waking life that caused me to figure it out.

I know thats very generic but thats as much help as I can give.

Oh and DarkNightedLady, weren't the troubadors a group of people?

"Trubadore" sounds like the pronunciation of the word "Troubadour" which is like a medieval entertainer... kind of like a Jester, but with more music. Also, my 9th grade big choir was called the Timberline Troubadours. Just throwing that out there.

Hey, thanks for the response on Troubadore! I wasn't expecting any, but really appreciate it! I agree that the only definition I could find was of the medieval entertainers, as well. Perhaps, that is the key.

Thanks again...I like how everyone pitches in !

People talk in your dreams.... interesting. It was a cemetery. You went were we all go to the place of are mind that knows we werent alive to begin with. Thats how this ended up happening in the first place Heaven Hell Good or Evil. Up Down. Positive Negative. How important is a magnetic. The truth I believe is that you'll have to wait and if by waiting you start realizing then there is a chance that Creedance Clearwater Revival is coming to town.
