This is why situations we are in can be reflected in our dreams, and solutions can be found to some plaguing issues that we never noticed before in our very tunnel-visioned lives.
However, at the same time, dreams are the embodiment of randomness. Neurons firing in no particular direction with no particular destination for no particular purpose, reacting with the chemicals we release as we sleep, causing the onset of powerful emotions and feelings that are only enhanced by the tools the body is utilizing to take part in its normal sleep functions. The result are vivid, odd and sometimes scary hallucinations that are the compilation of everything we know and feel. And sometimes that's all they are. But it never hurts to look more deeply into a dream, and reflect on where you are and what is going on in your life.
I recently had nightmares when I went to visit someone I hold very close me. The hotel I was staying at was comfortable, the time I spent up there amazing and I felt better than ever because of where I was and who I was with. But I had, or at least remembered, stronger nightmares than I've had in a long time. Were these random? No. I know why they happened. Partially due to being in an unfamiliar atmosphere and bed, but it also had to do with some of the feelings of anxiety and nervousness that surfaced during the visit and situation, despite it being an overall good time.
These nightmares were the result of stress and negative, or at least misunderstood, emotions.
There can be no clear, concise and all encompassing objective interpretation for your dream to determine is meaning. In reality, all interpretations are vague and subjective.
