It is most likely because that is what you are most afraid of death. Your dream projects death around you but that is the most obvious answer it could possibly go deeper than that... learning to control your dreams might help it though. |

Yes, often enough one's dreamworlds throw the most unpleasant things in one's face. I suppose the wise thing to do here would indeed be to acquaint yourself with the themes presented. Doing so in your waking life usually resolves a lot on the dream plane. |

There's nothing to bother with imo, Death is a recurring theme in my dreams and it's mainly MY death. Sometimes it's painfull, sometimes it's scary, but each times it happens it makes me think about how much I love life and that I don't want to die right now! Sometimes depressing dreams just helps you to enjoy life more, actually I think it's better than joyfull dream and you wake up with nothing but the harsh reality. |
