Hey guys,
I don't really have the time to be an active member here anymore, but last night I had a dream that I just had to share with you. I'm hoping some of you might be bale to decipher it. The most important bits are in bold, but any help with the rest would also be awesome
The earliest part of the dream I can remember is being in a hospital bed surrounded by my family, a doctor and a nurse. As the title may suggest, I happened to be giving birth. The nurse, or possibly one of my family, asked the doctor how it was possible that I could have a living baby inside me and he claimed that when I was conceived, I also has a twin sister. There was some error in our genetics that meant I was born with a uterus.
So, I was having a baby. It hurt. A lot.
Suddenly, I found myself at my house with my baby in my arms. It was a boy. My mother was outside the house with a few other family members and she approached me and congratulated me. I told her I was going to have a bath, because I hadn't washed since the birth, which had only been a few hours ago, apparently.
The dream then cut forward in time to after I had taken a bath. There was a man with my mother who I have never seen before IRL, but he was my neighbour in the dream. Apparently, he and his wife could not have children (or he may have had no wife at all), and my mother was forcing me to give him my baby. I woke up feeling incredibly depressed, and I couldn't shake the feeling off for hours, even though I knew it was only a dream. I felt genuine a paternal (or perhaops even maternal) attachment to this child and and I hated the thought of giving him away after all I'd been through.
Good luck with working that one out. I don't suppose it's a very common dream for 17 year old males.
Thanks guys!
