Thread: dreaming of my own death

Could it be that you are afraid of becoming or losing your significance in life and with others? You said you dreamed about your diploma's losing their importance? Are you're qualifications extremely important to you? Do you feel that they show who you really are and without them you'd be unimportant? I think often we associate death with being forgotten and you may fear that possibly someone who was once apart of your life or is apart of your life now is forgetting you and you don't want to be forgotten.

Last night i again had a dream , death of my father this time.

it seemed we tried to live the same way without him but something was missing

someone said "when the managers die, people do not know what to do"

I do not know why i see so many deaths ,

I suspect it can be because of the serial "Medium" that I keep watching every night , I am at season 4. I watch many deaths

It's freighting to dream about your own death or death of a loved one. I remember going through a dreaming period where all of my dreams were death themed. It was really unsettling and I'm still unsure as to what prompted those dreams. Maybe you should take a break from that TV show and see how it effects your dreams. I'm a big fan of a series called Criminal Minds which looks at fictional serial murders. Luckily the subject matter hasn't affected me but if it ever starts I might give it up.
