      A New Guide

The other day I had another lucid dream. It wasn't important, but it involved the joker from Batman. I managed to morph his tongue so that it was so huge that it reached the floor.

But last night's dream was far more important. I met another guide, which was female this time. I successful asked both her name and if she was my spirit guide, unlike I've been able to do with the other one. Although I couldn't see anything, she came on my right side instead of my left like the male does.

I think her name is Anita.

She never said it, but the name popped into my mind, and I asked if she was Anita. I think she said yes.

She's a little more helpful than my other guide. She gave me the answers to my questions, and all I had to do was reach out to her and she would pull me up into a sitting position. She did this several times, because I kept laying back down as I lost focus.

The Hearos sleep mask that Clairity recommended in one of her posts has been a REAL help - as has praying to God and having a good old chat with him before asking him to assist in specific aspects of lucid dreaming.

      Extended Lucid Dream

I had an extended lucid dream in which I actually remembered to do stuff this time. Immediately upon realizing I was in the dream I asked to see my female guide, and I got a rather nice surprise. The tighter I closed my eyes, the more I could see the little shadow puppet show that was playing.

It started off with this faded out white dove against a black background that was flapping its wings. It then flew towards this figure standing on a hill. As the scene moved to the left to incorporate the figure, it disappeared and I was then seeing a little shadow puppet show come into play with a white background and black figures.

There was a decorative little hill upon which a figure was standing. I recognised it immediately. It was a woman in plate armor, but wearing a dress and holding a square banner. It was Jehanne.

In front and to the sides of her, these little shadow puppet soldiers were fighting a battle, and in the background there was a little horse in the Roman style of design, with another little Jehanne riding it with her standard. It was rather comical, because the horse kept bounding high up into the air and then disappearing behind the hill.

I'd previously had been thinking of things to ask Jehanne in the dreamworld, and something that came up was for her to show me an event in her life. I think this was showing me how she was captured, though she wasn't on the horse.

The little Jehanne with the square banner ran towards the left, with her legs going first and her upper body following a moment later as she bent back against the wind in a puppet-like manner. The scene changed to a little battle under a tree, but it was clear her soldiers were losing from the dead knights laying around. Jehanne waved her little banner about to signal the retreat, and started to panic when she got back to the hill and saw most of her soldiers were dead or retreating there as well.

But when Jehanne tried to retreat with them, she couldn't get past all her soldiers and their own banners who had formed this curved wall as they tried to escape. Yet they didn't move. So she was basically at the mercy of whoever came up behind her. However, I didn't get to see anything past that, because it faded out.

I was then looking up at this very vivid night sky which was almost purple as it sometimes is outside my house. I was staring at what I thought was this dove in the shadows, but it may have been a crow perched on the edge of my cabin, given the noise it made. I tried to call it using dove noises, but it didn't work. This part of the dream was very vivid, and I thought that the dove would make an excellent dreamsign for Jehanne to tell me when she was there, given that doves flew away from the city when she was burned at the stake.

I decided I'd had enough of the darkness, and wanted to see daylight. I wiped my hands across the sky like I was trying to move it, but I only dusted it off like a blackboard and I was staring up at my roof as it came into view. I thought I'd woken up, but the posts on dreamviews had helped. Plus I was laying at the wrong end of the bed. So I did a reality check, and poked my finger straight through my palm.

It started fading out, so I yelled to myself "Stay awake, stay awake, stay awake!" and my vision came back. I then attempted to change what I was wearing by taking off one article of clothing at a time, just by imagining they weren't there. It worked with great success.

I ended up with no pants.

I woke up only a few moments later, but I struggled to remember all the aspects of the dream as I wasn't used to it going on for so long.

      * * *

Oh, and I also had a regular dream before that as well. My male cat was shoving a strange looking gerbil/marsupial thing around on the floor, and then it started sucking on his nipples as if he was its mother. I tried to make mum look at how funny it was in the dream, but she wouldn't look.

Another little thing I found out while I was typing this up...

      Crow
Represents clear messages; straight talk; a messenger of the Higher Self.

Well, that's all for now until I have some more.

By the way, I'm seriously loving this mask that you recommended if you ever read this journal, Clairity. >_>

It's been SO helpful. I can now get to sleep so much easier. I normally have some kind of a light coming into my room from the street, so blocking that out lets me go to sleep a lot faster and have WAY more lucid dreams.

      Dream

Had a couple of regular dreams last night. Unfortunately it was really hot and I had the fan on me all night, so my quality of sleep wasn't good enough for a lucid dream. What was interesting is one dream repeated itself, and all three were God-related.

The first one I was in the shed at my old place, and I think I was looking for something. Next thing I know, God has me curled up against his enormously huge chest, and he's showing me something written on a piece of paper. It was like a list of some kind. There were these little pictures of trees. One tree, two trees, three trees, etc, and then next to that an equals sign with a number. Can't remember everything on the list. I was too busy just snuggling up to him.

The second dream that repeated itself had to do something with Jesus breaking the bread. It was really fuzzy, but I got the occasional glimpse of half a hamburger instead of any unleavened bread. I think he was also standing in front of the fridge in my laundry, but who knows?

Maybe God kicked Jesus out and made him work at McDonalds for spreading his hippie love everywhere. J/k.

      Dream

Just another regular dream this time. I was still itchy and hot. It'll be like this for the next few days, I believe. Freakin' heat wave.

I don't remember much about it, but I ended up getting breath tested by a police officer crossed with some park ranger guy before I was going on some trail ride on horseback, herding sheep or cows or something.

I was under the limit and passed it, but I kept blowing on it even after he'd taken the tube out. It was a little strange, because he stuck a tube in my mouth, and THEN connected it to the device. And disconnected the device before I could stop.

I still don't know what that was all about.

      Breath
      Exemplifies one's inner life force.

      Breath Test
Points to adulterated speech. May mean prevarications, gossip, slanted facts, etc. A self-analysis is advised.

      Police
Comes in dreams as an advisement to self-analyze one's actions; needed introspection. Police can often be associated with ones Higher Self (self-policing).

      Ranger (forest)
Characterizes a person who recognizes and respects natural talents.

      Trail (path)
Indicates an individual's unique direction or course.

      Herd
Most always indicates a warning to follow one's own path

      Herder
May not mean one who keeps others in line, it may pertain to a personal need to keep self in line.

      Driving While Intoxicated
Warns of making one's way through life without being in touch with it; lacking courage or belief in oneself.

While the sheep thing is obvious, the cow indicates compassion and a need to express the same. But I'm still not sure what it was that I was herding.

So I guess my analysis of it would be like this...

Before I attempt to help others and lead them down the right path, I need to take a good hard look at myself and what I'm saying. I need to make sure to push everything and more in my life into this, because I don't want to go through it blindly. Which would also be reflected in me not knowing who I was guiding.

So before I embark on my quest to guide others on the right path, I need to analyze myself and make sure that I'm 110% committed to throwing my life into this so that I'm not blindly leading others. I appear to be not showing enough compassion amongst those that are just like everyone else and easily led.

      * * *

      Edit:

I looked up the 15207 from my dream again, putting it in context of page 1520, line 7.

"If you keep in mind what I have told you, the Lord will help you understand completely."

I continued reading the rest of chapter 2 of 2 Timothy to see if there was anything else I was missing. It too is also telling me to keep away form worthless and useless talk, and gives several good lessons about it. I ended up reading 2 Timothy chapter 1 as well, and another line was this...

"You have been trusted with a wonderful treasure. Guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit, who lives within you."

And above it is written "My work is to be a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher."

And this is awesome, because it's an answer that I was looking for. I was looking to God to find out what I'm supposed to be doing with my life, and what I should be. So this is God's way of showing me what he believes I should be doing. I love helping others and teaching them, so that is great. I've been thinking about doing missionary work too, so the great treasure that I've been trusted to guard would be God's people. Those ones around me.

I love this. I'm finally getting some answers.

Oh, and found some extra bits too.

      Horseback (riding)
Suggests a desire to feel/experience every nuance of one's traveled path.

      Horsewoman
Characterizes one who isn't fearful of blazing her own course; an eagerness to gallop forward into unknown territory.

Maybe I've passed the test of policing myself, but I need to keep at it and give that little bit extra when doing it to make sure that I've got it. Because I won't know when to stop otherwise - the officer never told me to. He just took it away. Either that, or I've got more than enough spirit to pass the test to lead others - I just need to reign myself in and police myself before galloping onto a new course.

      Lucid & Non-Lucid Dreams

I had several dreams this morning. I don't think I had any during the night that I can remember, but after I watched the mass on TV at 6am, I went back to bed and went to sleep, and had several short ones.

I'm not entirely sure which order this one came in, but I'll start with it as the other two sort of blend in with each other.

I was standing in a supermarket with several other people, and we were staring at the cups of noodles on the shelves. Basically we'd been tasked with guessing what colour the label for the chicken noodles was on the Fantastic brand of noodles. I was thinking it was green ( which it is), but I didn't speak up in case I got it wrong. I remember stepping forward and then examining other things on the shelves, and got a good look at the candy corn and caramel corn before the dream ended.

I looked up what each element could mean, but it still doesn't make sense, so I won't post it here.

The next one was a lucid dream. I suspect watching mass had something to do with it, as in it I was sitting on the edge of mum's bed, and I lifted up this communion wafer to look at it. It felt as if it was then taken from my hand, and I watched it rise up up towards the roof until it stuck there. I floated up towards it, and when I got close I got a detailed view of these symbols that were on it. I can't remember them all, but the big one in the middle was of this...

On the top right of the wafer, there looked to be either a bowl or a cup carved into it, and it must have been symbolic for it overflowing, because there was a square-ish mound on top of it like there was something in it.

The other symbols were much more complex and I can't remember what they were.

After I plucked it from the roof, I did a reality check and poked my finger through my palm. I was then staring out the window into the night sky. It had faded a bit, and was now a regular dream again.

I watched a black jet fly really low over my house. It was strange, because it was really quiet as if it was a stealth jet. It's wingspan was strange as well, because although I only saw it from behind, the wings went out to each side for a little bit, and then dropped down so that they were slightly bent. And the two big jet engines looked to be under that straight part.

I watched it fly around a little, and then it came down for a landing on the highway under an overpass. I thought it would hit it, but before it did, it transformed into this big truck that looked like some kind of huge black roadworks machine.

I don't know what kind of jet that it was, but the closest image I can find to what I saw is this.

Me, mum and my brother then went to this car show that this truck had went to, and on the back there was this large, high-tech car. I repeatedly told mum that it could morph into this huge truck and this awesome jet, and that it had flown over our house. But she didn't believe me, and scoffed at the idea of a jet being able to fly that low without waking someone up.

She didn't seem to think that a car that could change forms was important, and scoffed at the very idea.

Interestingly enough, I opened up Yahoo news today, and found out that a fighter pilot had been killed in a crash landing. Perhaps that's what the black jet was about, even though the actual death happened a while ago.

Oh well, if we hear of any jets crashing into a highway overpass, you know who dreamed it up first. >_>

      Lucid Dream

I think I'll call this a GSBJILD. A Gatorade, Salad, and Beef Jerky Induced Lucid Dream.

It started out with me not being able to stop thinking about ways to break the unleavened bread for communion. Come to think of it, I may have been dreaming part of this, given that I could seemingly "see" the bread. But I was rolling around so much that I didn't seem to care.

Eventually I found myself walking down these steps towards the beach with someone to my right, though I didn't pay any attention to them. Waiting on the sand at the bottom of the steps was Snoop Dog, and he held out (ironically), a choker chain dog leash. Apparently I was to help him find his dog.

But as I walked further out onto the sand, I looked at something there and music started playing. I can't quite remember what it was, but it was either Kiss Kiss or Wall to Wall by Chris Brown.

It was at that point that I became lucid, and at some point quite quickly it went dark. Everything was so vivid. The sky and sea were this beautiful velvety purple and black, and the sand was a bright white because the moon was shining down on it. I don't remember smelling the salt air or anything, but I looked around and marvelled at the beauty before I saw some things moving around the beach.

So I attempted to chase after what I found were cats, thinking that maybe these were what I was trying to catch for Snoop Dog. But I ended up letting them go because I couldn't keep concentrating on chasing them.

At that point, I turned my eyes to the sky again and rubbed out a star or two, but I still couldn't change night into day. I'm not entirely sure what happened between that and the next point, but I remember everything going dark. I think I started to spin around in circles in my bed, but then I realized I was doing it the "hard" way, so I started to spin really fast on my side as if someone had spun me around on a slippery floor or something. After I'd increased my lucidity a bit, I then got up - helped by a girl standing there near the end of my bed.

She was quite pretty with dark eyeliner and straight, dark hair down slightly past her shoulders. Sort of like Avril Lavigne, but far more pleasant. She had on a black, slightly puffy jacket. One of those ones with the fuzzy stuff around the collar/hood. That was black too.

I started talking to her, because I seemed to know her. I'm not sure whether she was the "Anita" from my dream the other night, because I asked if she was Anna - not seeming to realize the difference in the two names. I think I said something along the lines of not being able to know her name because it was hard to read - not that I'd read it anywhere.

She gave a little laugh, and said that she couldn't read my name either. I told her what it was to be polite, but she seemed to already know. At that point, we got into a little conversation about automatic writing.

Me: "Yeah, it's kind of hard to read. I mean...like...when I started, everything was a lot easier to read, but now it's just like...yeah...messy."

Anna: "People with psychic tendencies have an easier time reading it, I think."

I'm not entirely sure what she said because I've forgotten a lot of it, but I believe it was something to that effect. I seemed to understand in the dream that she was saying that they couldn't read or write - they were just speaking to me and letting me write it - even though I can't physically hear them. And that because I had psychic tendencies, it was easier for me to do automatic writing than it was for some of my friends.

I accepted what she was saying, and I lost my concentration and woke up in bed again. No false awakening this time. I did a reality check, but I couldn't push my finger through my palm, so I got up and started writing out my dream.

Ooooh. I was just looking for some good pictures to use for a new avatar, and came across a picture that looks just like the dove I saw flapping towards the little puppet Jehanne in one of my lucids.

See the pretty birdy? That's just like how it appeared, all faded out like that.

      Forgot My Lucid!

I'm such a dickhead. I think I had a lucid, but by the time I'd gotten up to turn the computer on to write it down, I'd forgotten it. So I went back to sleep. I really need to keep a notepad close to bed to write down key points. It's probably because I never took the time to stabilize it.

Thankfully someone up there is watching out for me, so I've managed to retain a tiny little bit of information. And I think I'm one step closer to having a conversation with Jehanne because of it.

All I remember is me reaching out my hand and trying to see who was grabbing my arm. I tried to make the hand appear, but it just wouldn't. So I started talking to whoever was there. Just a few, brief words.

      Me: "What's your name?"

It was revealed to be a girl, who spoke in a rather young voice, like a child.

      Her: "Jean."
      Me: "Can I see you?"
      Her: "No."

It's possible she may have been playing funny buggers though, and just telling me what I already knew - that I couldn't actually see her, as opposed to me asking if she could make herself visible to me.

I may have forgotten to ask if she was my guide, but if I did ask, I don't remember what answer she gave.

      Lucid Dream and Regular Dream

The lucid dream started off with a regular one in which I was back in my old house, sitting in the loungeroom. I was looking out towards the kitchen, where my DC mum was talking to me. She was saying something about dreaming, and very obviously trying to prompt me into a lucid dream. I think she even had a white shirt on that said "Your Dream" or something to that effect on it in big black and purple letters.

So then I was like "OH! Right. This is a dream!" as I got up and went out to her. Then I stretched out my hand and shook hers, and that made the dream more vivid and nice and bright. I started having a conversation with my DC mum, but she was basically giving me a list of things. But there were too many to focus on, and I knew I wouldn't remember.

So what I did was I started writing them down even in the lucid dream, in hopes that I'd remember what she was trying to tell me. Sadly, I didn't. The only thing I remember her saying was "The oranges are snoring."

I don't think I woke up from that lucid, but rather it went into another regular dream instead.

I was sitting in a classroom with a few friends standing around me. Then Sarah Parkes - one of my friends - came up to me and showed me this bruise she had on her shoulder. She's then said "I got this from a paper fight." And I laughed, and was all "Oh, I thought you got that from a spitball."

Sarah presented me with this scrap book she'd been making over the entire course of the year. She smiled at me, and then said "I'll miss you." before walking out of the classroom. When I opened the book up, I got a bit of a shock. Because in it was written something that she shouldn't have known about me, which was my interested in God. Because I haven't seen her in a couple of years, and didn't really hang out with her much during years 7-12 in college.

It read "Greetings, Clancie, from God the Father Almighty. Hi Shanon."

This was interesting, because it spelled Shannon's name wrong. It also seemed to know that I'd show Shannon. But as I try to point out Sarah's seeming knowledge to Shannon, I look up and see the teacher shushing me, and trying to get me to be quiet.

It doesn't seem to have much of an effect, because this Travis kid from a few grades below us came up to us and started talking. But after I tried to show him, he got a little uncomfortable and told us that he wasn't going to stick around, and was going to watch the game from the taxi. I think he was talking about NFL, but I'm not entirely sure.

      The dream ended after that.

      French Classes

Wewt. I started my first French class, yesterday. The time flies by really quickly, and it was SO much fun. Those Frenchies have a really crazy numbering system, though. It was a struggle to say and remember it all, because we learned from 1-100.

I ended up praying though, and asked Saint Jehanne to help me out. And then today when I woke up and had a bit of a practice, it was a LOT easier to remember, which was totally awesome. Thanks, Jehanne!

So now I'm fairly confident that I can count from 1-100 with only a very occasional look at the sheet with the words on it. Maybe now I can have a go at it in a lucid and see if I can find Jehanne and offend her with my horrible pronunciations of French words.

      Un, deux, trois, et cetera!

Man, I can't wait until next class. It's so much fun. The lady teaching it - Laura - is thinking about organizing a barbeque and inviting a bunch of her French friends to "torture" us with their crazy language. Thankfully I managed to restrain myself and not insert any Joan of Arc jokes, like her idea begged for me to do.

Oh, and I should be getting my awesome 23" statue of Jehanne soon. Hopefully that shall inspire me for both French classes and lucid dreams. Maybe I should remake my blog on LJ instead of posting it all on here. That way it can contain stuff that isn't so...Dream Journal-y.

      French Class

Had another awesome class yesterday. It was a bit crazier than the last one. This time we learned how to say the alphabet, ask for telephone numbers, and tell our date of birth. We also learned the days of the week and months of the year.

Laura spent a lot of the time actually talking in French, so that was a little mind boggling. But it's probably a good idea. Even though we just nod and agree, it helps us get used to the language. Once again, we also hd a good old laugh about the differences between Australian, French and Spanish culture, and how we ordered coffee.

I noticed a lot of synchronicity again, pointing towards France. I had a chat with Laura about Jehanne, and she claimed that somewhere along her family line they had a surname of Darc, and may be related to my favourite little Frenchie. And when I got home from class, I turned on the television to watch Sea Patrol - and found out one of the characters on it had stolen the French flag.

I've been wanting to watch the French news for a while now, but I'm never awake in time. But continuing with the synchronicity, not only did my Jehanne statue arrive by courier, but it woke me up in time to see the news. And I managed to put a lot of what I'd learned in class into effect.

Such as the date, some numbers, and how the French swap commas and periods around. Either that, or the price of eggs in France has gone up fourteen thousand percent.

      I'm learning!

Okay. I've finally made my Dream Journal thing on Blogger. I'm going to get a mod to delete this thread, and I'll make a new one with the blog link in it. If you wish to check it out right now though, then head over to http://whitedovemessenger.blogspot.com/
