Heyyy im kinda new at this Lucid Dreaming thing but im really interested and im going to work really hard so i can grasp the concept.

I started my dream journal since i have almost no experience in a subect of this kind whatsoever. Im timing my alarm to go off during my latter REM periods, is this a good way or is there another technique?

Then when i wake up, is it natural to have the dreams come to you better when you have your eyes closed? How do i write in my journal if i remember alot better with my eyes closed when i am concious?
