Sure thing Jeff..guess I didn't realize I was actually lucid. But in the future I'll do that. Moving on to last nights dream, it was pretty long and complicated, but I'll try to explain it. Unfortunately, not lucid.
So in my dream, I had this 'ability' I guess you could say, where if I touch someone I can read their minds. But not really what their thinking, I could see glimpses of the future of what their intending to do. So I was walking along in this outside shopping mall of some kind and I accidentally bumped into this man wearing a big coat, and instantly I saw him doing something with wires and cords and a minute later, the building blowing up. I freaked out and found a security guard, and tried to tell him what I saw. Of course, he didn't believe me, but I dragged him to safety anyway. As soon as I did, the windows of the building shattered and the walls lit up in flame, just as I predicted. The guard looked at me, and I gave him a "I told you so" look...but then realized that a building just blew up and I was in the middle of an attack, so I kinda freaked out and clutched onto the guy.
I was in the middle of explaining to him how I knew that was going to happen, when suddenly I was back where my dream started. The building was back to normal, and everyone was calm again. Since I knew what was about to happen, I skipped the "bumping into the attacker" part and went straight to the security guard. I pulled him aside, told him my story, and tried to convince him to get everyone out of the building asap. I told him the building was about to blow any second, but he just stared at me like I was insane. I knew he wasn't going to believe me until he saw it, so I waited. Minutes pass, and no explosion. He gave me the same "I told you so" look I gave him, and walked away. I was so confused, I didn't understand why it didn't happen. It was like somebody was trying to change the future.
I walked around the mall area trying to find anyone who would believe me, but nobody did. Later there was a concert going on, and everyone in town came to see it. I figured this attacker guy wanted his explosion to have a bigger outcome...so he chose this place instead. Made sense right? (If you don't try to figure out how the hell he turned back time) The only people who had any fear that I was right were 3 little kids, about 7 or 8 years old. I got them to hide behind a table, like a fort, so they'd be safe. So we waited, and waited, but nothing came for a while. I woke up before the concert was over.
I'm pretty mad I didn't get to see how this one ended...it was like watching a movie the whole time and then it stopping right before the big conclusion. Grr...
