      Crazy Eyes

      This is my best attempt to date;

I relaxed and tried to ignore the random itching. The first few times I fell for it, however an itch in my check was easier to ignore and I started to feel heavy.
It was hard work keeping my eyes closed, and I felt a little cloudy, I attempted to focus on a visualisation, though I never saw or heard anything. I felt my heart beat increase and I started to sweat.
When I opened my eyes the heavyness lifted and cloudy feeling mostly went away.

I think my worse problem was all the thoughts suddenly racing through my head, "like yay its working", and "what should i be doing now?"
I figure I was supposed to calm down but I was too excited and scared at the same time for that.

      Vibrations

After my first wild attempt of the night (Crazy Eyes)I was willing to try again.
I relaxed again and felt the heavyness come back (though not as strong as before).
My eyes werent as hard to keep closed but they did feel alittle dry. I felt a strong vibration run through me, especially my lips.
My heartbeat increased again, and I felt sweaty again.
It didn't last as long as the first one, but when I opened my eyes I felt alittle grogy, like I had been asleep. (the two attempts together may have caused that).

I tried a third time, but I got distracted by car headlights at my neighbours house but figured it was late anyway and should think about getting some sleep.

      Flashing lights

This one was quite mild, saw flashing lights, felt only mildy heavy and my eyes flickered only lightly.

I got distracted too much, and was too tired from how long I spent on the two above yesterday -which would have helped except I fell asleep.

You keep making progress. I am trying to fall asleep slower myself, so I can be in deeper sleep before I start dreaming. It's made me have less control and lucidity, but increased the vividness. I am trying to get all three. Anyway, thanks for posting.

I feel your pain. You suddenly realize its happening and you get so excited you wake yourself up. You are making progress though. Like you said, keeping calm will help.

This post doesn't have a title, cause I was way too tired yesterday after playing badminton. But I did fall asleep quite fast which is sort of one of my goals with practising WILDs.
--Usually takes me at least 45mins to sleep cause I have an over active imagination that I need to stretch before I sleep. I was hoping I could get to the point that I would be able to do both at the same time.

Hopefully I will do better tonight, I just have to relax - but not too much.
