Hey there

I said to my self "when i get my first lucid dream, im gonna start a dream journal on dreamviews". Well i got my first lucid dream last night... so here i am.

I have had a dream journal for 4 nights now so im fairly new to all this. Well now that i have only had a dream journal for 4 days now, im also gonna post these dreams in this dream journal.

Moss people in the shopping center (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Everything started out in this random shopping center. I remember being on my own, but still semi surrounded by random people, just like one would be in a real shopping center. (the funny thing is that when i think of this dream i know that i knew the dream started in the shopping center. But i obviously wasnt aware enough to use this knowledge as a RC). Anyhow, suddenly a big crack in the floor started to form. It got bigger and bigger. about 20 meters long and 2 meters wide. The crack was not bottomless. On the contrary it was filled with snow. I could hear weird noises from the crack, and as anyone else did, i started to "examine" the crack. I saw 2 people lying in the crack. Redhead, white, naked women. I was freaking so i moved away from the crack saying stuff like "Make them leave --- they are freaking me out". Well, as afraid as i was, i tried to get away from the women. So i entered the random swimmingpool that was just besides the big crack (awareness here would maybe have made me lucid). The women followed me there but suddenly, they were gone. And instead i started to focus on one of my school mates running from this random gangerster looking guy. I followed my friend and tried to help him get the gangster looking guy off his back. Well we started running as fast as we could and we eventually exited the shopping center. We looked behind us and the guy following us was gone. We started walking. I turned around to double check, but this time an other guy where coming at us so we started running away as fast as we could. It didnt matter, the guy was gaining on us. We split up in hope of the guy choosing to follow me instead of my school mate. Everything looked like it was going acording to plan, but after running a couple of meters i turned around just to see that the guy wasnt follow my, he was still following my friend. The guy had seriously gained in on my friend, so instead of running away from the guy, my friend tried to out maneuver the guy by using his climbing and parkour skills (Parkour = French urban sport thats about getting from A to B as fast and effective as possible). My friend climed a 5 meter wall, but just as he got to the top the guy following him was at the bottom of the wall. But instead of climbing the wall, the guy following my friend did a "wall run" and was up the wall within a couple of secound. I started running to the wall in hope of successfully making the same "wall run" as the random guy just did. But before i knew it i found my self failng the wall run once, which meant i did not have the time to run backwards to get the run up i needed. So i tried to climb the wall. I got like 80% up the wall but at this point two guys had already caught up with my friend. One of the guys pulled out a gun and emptied the clip in my friends face. I jumped down from the wall and started running for my life. I got about a 100 meters away before i woke up.

I remember this dream in detail. Almost full detail. I can remember almost all the detail in some of the background. I can even describe the shape and details of the 5 meter wall if i had to. But somehow, i wasnt aware-aware of the environment. If i was, i would maybe have become lucid. But ill give it another go tonight.

Started in random villages. Me and some other guy. Were running from something, but at the same time we were kinda rebuilding the villages. Just like in any strategy game on the computher (like black and white).

I dont remember detailed stuff. Only key words.

Parkour with Phil and others (Non-lucid)

This night i only recall one dream. But as i woke this morning, i actually thought i didnt recall any of my dreams. But as i woke up i didnt move and just relaxed and suddenly i remembered one of my dreams.


The dreams started out with me hanging out with some of my parkour mates. We were at a new spot, so we were all super excited. We started looking around the random neighbourhood. We quickly found out that we were in the middle of some kind of ghetto. Nevertheless, we started jumping around. Me and my brother trained a certain technique called "Cat to Prec", and suddenly some of our english friends walked in on us. Both Phil and Luke were there. We started training with them. Joe did a cat to prec, i kinda did it, and phil kinda did it after some tries. The dream ended with loads of semi gangsters walking through our training route. But nothing happened, except the exchange in staring look from both the gangsters and us.

Kyusho Aiki Jutsu in random place (Non-lucid)

The martial arts i do is called "Kyusho Aiki Jutsu". Its a kind of advanced self defence thing. Well we have soon got graduations so at the moment we are going through all out CDTs ("Combat Defence Techniques", a series of attacks and block which is performed with a partner).

Basically this dream took place in this giant room. Me, my brother and our sensei (our dad) were the only practitioners in the the room. There were also some kind of audience. We did some CDTs and joked around a bit.

Ilabaca skateboarding (Non-lucid)

First off, i just wanna say that tonight was one heck of a night. I didnt dream much. But i felt a REAL sleep paralysis which for me is kinda sick since i have never felt anything like that before.
I went to bed at around 12pm and i quickly fell totally asleep. I had set my alarm clock to 04:45am so i could WBTB and atempt to WILD. My plan, even though my dream skills might not let me, was to become lucid in my dreams up untill my alarm clock went off. Nevertheless, i did not recall any of my dreams up untill 04:45am. I woke up when my alarm went off and tried to remember what i dreamt... it failed. So i drank some water and atempted WILD. It took some time before my arms went semi numb, but eventually they did. I then waited to see if anything else other than the numbness would happen. I waited and waited. After quite some time THINGS started to happen. But just before THINGS started to happen, i felt kinda weird. I stopped think about anything. My breathing became natural and nothing was on my mind. I felt a WEIRD sensation throughout my entire body. It felt like i was floating away but at the same time my body was shaking (Not shaking shaking, but more of a non shaking shaking). Well the sensation stopped after like 30 seconds, and i had no idea what to do.... nice try though... but better luck tonight.


This dream took place in a skateboard park in some random location that i dont know about. And there was some kind of skateboard competition going on. The contestant who was skating at the moment was Daniel Ilabaca (the parkour jesus). He pulled off some insane tricks like "infinite truckstand fingerflips", which when watched in slomo look INHUMANE! He also did huge airs and stuff

Ray (Bey Blade) (Non-lucid)

I personally wasnt even in this dream. I started out being Ray from Bey Blade (i think he is the one with the white tiger bey blade?). Well as Ray i was a school student and a karate student. My karate sensei was tricked into believing that he was seing his own future self as his present self. Apparently he saw that as a bad thing, so he wanted to beat me up (beat Ray up). This lie was set up by my little brother (Ray's little brother) who also wanted to kick my ass. My little brother was apparently a fusion between Butters from south park and Charlie Brown, who was hardening his shins so he could kick my ass. But what he didnt notice was that i also had super hardened shins and knuckles.

I woke up before the fight.

Guardians (WILD)

I had just succeded in a natural WBTB. I got my dream journal and started writing my dream down (Ray - Beyblade). I did this in semi darkness since i didnt want to fully awake myself, so my notes from that dream is just trash. But fortunately i remember the dream so the notes dont matter.
Well, after doing trashy notes for some minutes i decided to try to WILD. I turned my computer on because the cooling thing in my computer is kinda loud. I wanted to try Naiya's thing about focusing on the sound, changing it, then imagining a dream, and then changing it. It kinda worked i guess. It started out fine, i dunno if i got into SP but something felt weird. After some time my laptop was out of power (didnt think about plugging it in), so i decided to semi give op on my WILD attempt. I normally lay on the back so now i just turned to my side and semi tried to WILD again, but this time without the fan. This time i was focusing on some inner sound thingy i could hear. Well i didnt focus focus on it, and i certainly didnt lay still to get into SP. My intentions was actually just to fall asleep while semi semi WILDing. I started thinking about parkour. I dunno why but i thought about doing parkour in a mall. I imagined myself walking to the highest floor (i dont know if i was dreaming... it felt like i was awake and just imagining this). I clmbed one of the walls on the highest floor to get to the glass ceiling of the highest floor. On my way up to the glass floor, i still felt like i was just imagining. When i got on the glass floor it felt REALY real-like. I walked across some of the glass ceiling. I saw some random guy, he looked like some kind of big temple guardian. Maybe 2+ meters tall and like 1+ meters wide. I dont know why but i decided to beat him up o.O (i have been doing martial arts for some years now so this kind of behaviour is not normal at all And btw i still thought i was imagining/semi dreaming this). I began to charge the guardian. As i was charging something felt different (I have charged people like that in real life. Not in a real situation, but when we were training mutiple attacker stuff). This charging feeling didnt feel ANYTHING like the real deal. So i knew i was dreaming. As i was charging him and realising that i was dreaming, i started to get happy and excited since i was experiencing my FIRST real lucid dream!! I fought the temple guarding, trying to use the fighting techniques i knew. But the fghting part was nothing like real fighting at all. It felt like we were fighting under water. Well i didnt mind that so i just kept fighting, with a BIG smile on my face. As we were fighting i remember reading some random dream journal the day before this lucid dream, banana's dream journal. In his dream he often used the plug nose RC, so i just wanted to try this RC out. btw this is my first RC in a dream. I did the plug nose inhale RC and damm... felt SUPER weird. Well i kept on fighting. I suddenly woke up.

CSI New York (Non-lucid)

My plan this night was to try to DILD, then WBTB and try out WILD. Well i con recall any dreams before my WBTB, and i also lost focus while trying out WILD and fell asleep again. I think im gonna stick with this pattern. DILD - WBTB - WILD.
At the moment i think i should be focusing more on recalling, so the chances of my DILD succeding. Since my first WILD i kinda got the feeling of WILDing, so i guess im also still gonna focus on WILDing also.
My aim is also to get some more sleep went to bed at around 1am and only got around 6 hours of sleep and my WBTB happened at around 6am.... the self discipline is a killer one.

It all started in a giant skyscrapper-office-like building. It didnt only look like anything from CSI New York. It was CSI New York (i have actually never seen CSI New York, but i got the feeling i was in it). I walked around a bit and found my self talking to one of the people who worked there. For some reason i had a business card she wanted, but i woulnt let her have it (the business card i had was like the one this guy made ). I woke up.

Computer game (Non-lucid)

I actually had two dreams this night, but i only managed to remember one of them..

I was in my parents old house (we moved about 5 years ago), and i was hanging with two of my old class mates, mikkel and morten, and my brother.
I was actually on my way to somewhere, but before i went out i wanted morten to find my camera. Morten found the camera, but as he were to hand it to me, i had already decided to stay home and play some random video game with mikkel. We played for a while, and playing the game actually felt like being inside the game.. i woke up.

I had two dreams this night, non of them lucid though. I forgot one of them, and im just gonna write the second down very quickly.

As many of my other dreams, this was one where i was training with my old gymnastics crew (being with my old gymnastics crew is one of my dream signs, but i somehow keep missing it). Well we were just training... after some time i woke up.

I actually had 3 dreams this night, however i only remember one of them, while i only remember like 1 second from the other two dreams.

My dad was driving me and my brother to this place called TST. TST is a gymnastics facility where all kinds of sports take place. Sports such as football, handball, karate...... Well we were there to do gymnastics. On our way there, my dad drove like crazy. He almost ran this little kid over. Well we arrived on time and went inside, just to find that the inside of the facility looked just like VIK (another gymnastics facility we train in). Our friend thor was also there to train.. I woke up just after meeting thor.

This night was one long night.. 5 dreams and 3 FAs. No lucids though.

I woke up. I grabbed my cellphone to call somebody. I actually have no idea who i wanted to call, i just called someone. As that person answered the phone, i said "Ohh sorry, wrong number", and hung up.
My brother was also being yelled at by our mother, so i wanted to put my ear plugs in. I grabbed my ear plugs just to find out that all the yelling and calling on my cell phone was just a dream.. i fell back to sleep after some minutes.

Christmas at grandma's (Non-lucid)

Sick and disgusting dream..

My entire family was gathered for christmas. The big christmas party was held by my grandparrents in their tiny appartment.
Just a second after sitting down at the dinner table, i had to go to the bathroom. I stood up and walked to the bathroom. As i passed my grandmother, she stood up and started her speech. I didnt care i just had to take a piss. I got to the toilet... but the toilet didnt look like a noral toilet. It was sooo tiny, and looked like a fusion between a dentists office and a public toilet.. well i tried to take a piss in the weird ass toilet. The toilet was hanging from the roof and very unstable. Shit and piss was everywhere... the bathtub was filled with shit, and especially the toilet was filled with shit and piss.. As i took a piss the toilet tilted and all the piss and shit fell ontop of my legs. I fell down because of the shits emence weight.. It was fucking disgusting!! Shit was all over me and i tried to call for help... the only response i got was "Ssssshh be quiet..".. This couldnt be happening.. i started scrapping the shit off my legs.. This still couldnt be happening.. I tried to RC. But just before RCing, i woke up.........

My brother joe was in my room.. i told him to leave or something..

I woke up because something was making some noice just outside of our house.. I got up and walked out my room. I found out that some people were about to rob us, so i grabbed one of our kitchen knives and artched outside. There was no one outside, so i walked further outside to find the bastards.. I found some kids running around, playing some kind of tag or something. I joined them and did some parkour with them... I woke up shortly after joining them..

Movie shooting (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This dream was nice!

So i was at this screen shooting of this new movie. The movie was about a buisiness man, random girl and a ninja. Through out the movie the viewer would first follow the buisinessman up until the last fight sceen, then they would follow the girl, and lastly they would follow the ninja. After the three storylines would have played out, the final battle/sceen would begin. This sceen would involve all the charecters. I was the stunt double for the actor playing the ninja, so i had to do all the stunts for the last fight sceen.
This was great! (i dont wanna go in detail in what i did, but it just involved parkour). As the last fight sceen was done, i got my picture taken with ninja actor, he looked like Jackie Chan.. Well, as i went outside, i found out that the flying superkids were performing. They did all kinds of nice stuff and they ended the show with doing a dive frontflip off a 4 meter drop.. Their landings sucked and about half of the once doing the frontflip, slammed their knees in the concret on impact.. fail.. Suddenly my grandmother also did the frontflip!! wtf!! After the show we all went to my grandmom's house.. The showed us a computer game she claimed she had been playing since she was a little girl.. this didnt make sence since there were no computers around when she was a girl.. I woke up.

im like a day late... well all i can say about the two dreams i had this night, is that both of them had my dream sign in them, and i didnt notice anything... im gonna try again tonight though..

Death conditioning (Non-lucid)

I woke up at about 5am, so i tried WILD. However, i didnt fully commit to it. I gave up after like 20 minutes, so i just tried to MILD. I fell asleep while vizualizing the dream i just had, but it didnt help at all.. Better luck nect time..

Me and my brother were in a fusion of all of denmark's best parkour spots.. We were there with loads of other guys. Guys from aarhus and guys from kopenhagen. I dont remember any parkour, but i remember doing some death conditioning.. cat crawling over this 5 inch wide 2 meter long stone brick, death underneath ofcourse.. I woke up while looking at my brother do the death cat crawl..

This dream took place in the house me and my family is currently living in.

Systema (Non-lucid)

This night was a nice night.. 5 dream recalled and one of them was a lucid! I used KingYoshi's WILD technique and it worked wonders!
This first dream wasnt the lucid one..

The dream took place in a weird air ship like place. It actually looked kinda like one of the scenarios in the wii game im currently gaming (Final Fantasy Crystal Beares). Well, the guys i was hanging with was my brother and our parkour mate Boo (he is seriously named Boo..). We were hitting eachother. Not for laughs and not for hurting eachother... but for training. We were practising Systema.. One of us was in the middle while the two others just kept hitting. I woke up after some time in the middle..

WILDing into a nightmare (WILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

After waking up after the systema dream, i tried to WILD. I had said to myself just before laying in my bed, that i would work as hard as i could to get a lucid this night. So i did... After some time turning and laying still for a bit, i suddenly heard some loud scratching/semi banging noises. I knew it was HS so i had to be in sleep paralysis. Just after the HS stopped i tried to sit up. After sitting up i did a RC and sure enough, i was dreaming.I was in my bed and the lights wasnt on in my room. I tried to walk through the wall to get outside (my bed is just next the wall, so i actually tried to roll through the wall.) I couldnt so i just hit my head on the wall.. After a few seconds in the dream i sat myself on the edge of my bed while i was stabilizing the dream. The room was still dark so i tried to turn on the lights by clapping. However, my clapping failed. I mean the clapping itself failed. I tried to clap, but my hands felt like they were numb. Actually it semi felt like the sleep paralysis numbness i get sometimes.
As i stood up i tried to walk (i have had problems with walking in my previous lucids) and it felt like walking in the real world, which was a nice feeling, since i wasnt able to walk properly in my other lucids. As i was walking i noticed something reaching out from underneath my bed. It was an arm... It reached out and grabbed something. As scared as i was, i kinda rushed out of my room and went to the front door. I said to myself "You know you are dreaming, the guy cant do anything to you", so the next thing i did was to face him. As i was stading at the front door, the guy from underneath my bed came crawling towards me. He was wearing an orange and gray t-shirt and boxers. He didnt look scary or anything, but i rushed at him. As i was kicking his face in, i woke up..
Not the lucid i had expected, but a lucid non the less. I succeded in walking properly, so it actually was a nice dream.

Crumbling city (Non-lucid)

Just before i went to bed, i saw "The Punisher: War zone" with my brother and dad... apparently seing this movie had an effect on my first dream of the night.

Me, Boo, some random people and the punisher (frank castle) were all running towards something.. We were in some kind of town which seemed like futuristic mayan design. As we were running through this weird city, i found out that we were running towards a building which was placed in the center of the city. After some time we arrived at the building. The building looked like a great pyramid or something.. Suddenly it started to crumble so we were forced to run away. As we were running away some town guardians started attacking us. They threw stuff at us so we took cover. Me and Boo ran from cover and tried to escape, but one of the guardians was following us.. We started fighting with him. Suddenly i found myself killing this guy by breaking his neak. He obviously died, but i kept on hitting him (just like jigsaws brother from the punisher)... wtf.. i woke up..

2012 (Non-lucid)

I woke up after the punisher dream and tried to wild.. i was to tired so i gave up and tried milding.. fail once more..

I had super powers.. spider-man powers. I was in a city with only skyscrapers so i had all the roo i needed to swing around. But i wasnt the only one with super powers. Many other people had them..
There was a full moon, so all the people with super powers gathered on the roofs of the skyscrapers. As i reached the roof i could see all the other super heroes on the other buildings.. there were atleast 100 super heroes. In the distance there was this big screen which showed the weather channel. The weather man talked about how hot it was here in 2012, it was about 73 degrees celsius. He also pointed out that you could see the explosions on the sun from the earth... The sun was almost exploding... I woke up after the weather man stopped speaking.

Paki new years (Non-lucid)

Me and my entire family was at the local shopping center Bilka to celebrate the upcoming new year. As we stood at the entrance a paki gang on bikes came rushing towards us.. The leader told us to follow him, so we did. (Me, my brother and my dad all do martial arts so we were convinced that we could take the entire gang)... i woke up just before anything happened.

I woke up and started to write my dream in my hand journal...
I woke up, checked my journal and nothing was in there... i had just had a false awakening.. Damm i gotta make a habit of RCing when i wake up no matter what..

Boo ftw (Non-lucid)

Tonight was a pretty nice night. No lucids though, but i had some nice dreams.. And i think i actually gained some good advice from these dreams.

I was at this big parkour gathering. Everybody was there. Phil, Ilabaca, Sticky, Blane... I actually dont remember the whole dream, but i definetly remember the ending..

We were all waiting in this waiting room thing.. There were some chairs and couches and a coffee table in the middle. We all gathered around the table, everybody was sitting down.. except Boo. Boo was standing behind the couch i was sitting in.. We didnt mind Boo being the only one standing up, so we continued our conversation. I dont actually remember what we were talking about, all i can remember is that Sticky was explaining something and then Boo replied with a stone cold "Since last year..". Everybody fell to the floor because of the immense laughter Boo had generated from his poor poor joke.. I have actually never laughed that much in my entire life.. Boo is a genius!

Snow kalenji (Non-lucid)

Yet another dream about parkour.

Both Phil and Ilabaca were in Denmark. We met up with them at Veri Centeret (shopping mall). After meeting up with them we did some parkour in the snow. There were mountains of snow, and i was apparently the only one wearing my precious Kalenji shoes.. Walking around in the snow was ruining my shoes..
The next thing i knew we were doing parkour not that far away from where i live.. We doing parkour just next to the road. I saw my dads car go by and thought to myself "Why shouldnt my dads car be a dreamsign?? Well it isnt, but it ought to be"... I missed my opportunity to become lucid..

I missed my opportunity to become lucid yeah.. but i am actually starting to question my environment in my dreams.. Next time i just gotta react on it..

Homeless (Non-lucid)

Once again im writing in my dream journal just before going to bed, which is kinda stupid.. so im just gonna keep this one short..

My mission was to infiltrate this big facility which was guarded by loads of guards. To get near the facility i dressed as a homelss guy. To get into facility i put on some guard clothes i just found laying around... but before i could infiltrate the facility, i was attacked by a homeless guy. Some random guy helped me out though..

Yamak n Crips (Non-lucid)

Once again the movie i saw before going to bed had an effect on how my dreams unfolded.. The impact from the movie wasnt super big, but some of the charecters from the movie was in my dream.

Me, my brother and the girl from "Yes man" were on our way to one of our friends appartment. As we got there, we found out that the founders of Parkour, Yamakasi group, was chasing us. We hid in the appartment, and when yamaksi broke in we quietly walked out the front door behind their backs.. We ran for it only to bump into the Crips. Now both the yamakasi and the crips were after us. Me and my brother stole a scooter from some random kids and drove as far away as we could. However, we bumped into another group of crips. I evaded them on the scooter and drove for our friends appartment. As we got there and entered the appartment, i woke up..

Diablo like game (Non-lucid)

I actually do not remember this dream that well.. but i remember that i did remember the dream pretty well when i woke up.

Actually the entire dream was about me and one of my school mates were playing this diablo like game.. the thing about playing video games in dream (for me atleast) is that when i play the game, i kinda feel like im in the game. Not just playing it, but acting it.. Well we were playing the game.. and thats pretty much what the dream was about.

Quickie (DILD)

After waking up after the diablo game dream i was sooo tired.. I didnt have the energy to write down any details about the dream i just had, and i didnt have energy to completely commit to WILDing. I tried WILDing anyways but fell asleep. This led to a DILD anyways

I was in our old house. Or i had just got the on my bike.. I parked the bike inside, but just after parking the bike and as i turned around to walk away, i noticed the bike started to fall. I was about 5 meters away from the bike so it wouldnt be possible for me to stop the bike from falling. I accepted that the bike fell and thought to myself "Well... if this was a dream i could easily have stopped the bike from falling".... "ohh... this might even be a dream"... i got lucid. I did a reality check and it succeded.. I started to stabilize the dream. As i completed stabilizing the dream, the scenery started to change. The scenery was chaning into the scenery from my last nightmare... i, kinda desperately tried to change the scenery back, i wasnt scared this time though... however, i felt like i was waking up. I could now feel my physical body... i woke up..

What can i do when i feel like im waking up? Would stabilizing the dream help here? If any of you guys reading my dj have any advide, please tell me.

Mice n bluff (Non-lucid)

Just after the lucid i had this dream..

I was in one of my good parkour friends room. I dont know where he was, but i was talking to him through the phone or something.. As i was just hanging in his room i saw something move inside his bookshelf. I saw two mice going through his book collection.. i told him over the phone but woke up afterwards.

Movie competition (Non-lucid)

I do not recall this dream so good, but from reading the few words i wrote down in my hand journal i kinda remembered some of it.

I dont actually know where this dream took place, but i know who i was wth. I was with this parkour guy called Ilabaca, and Boo and some other parkour dudes.. We were in this competition thing. The competition was about making movies. We were making this non-parkour movie, which is totally stupid since all of us are traceurs (parkour practitioners). I woke up while we were filming.

bad recall last night.. i only remember a second from one of my dreams. Pretty sad.. but this bad recall might have been caused by me getting to little sleep and the hardcore chocolate i ate just before going to bed. I actually felt like throwing up when i thought about the chocolate i just ate..

Beckii and Morpheus (Non-lucid)

I was laying in bed and suddenly i am looking down on Beckii laying in bed trying to sleep. Morpheus wants to talk to her, but just as he speaks Beckii falls asleep for just a second. Its just like she is avoiding the conversation.

Me, my brother and my mother were at my old high school. I cant remember why we where there, but we were heading outside. I told my mom that we should exit through the front door, but she insisted on that we asked the schools headmaster before doing anything. So we did and he said nothing at all, so we just went for the front door anyways.. On my way out of the headmasters office i saw somebody i i knew from high school.. I also bumped into my college mates.

I went to bed with the intention on getting a lucid this night.. After 2 dreams i did..

Me and my brother was at this nice parkour spot. It actually looked a bit like a spot we had just seen in a parkour vid our friend just made.. However, we were there to do this parkour workshop. Everybody at the place wasnt that happy about it.. I heard some bypassers talk behind our backs and stuff. We also met one of the younger parkour guys there.. he was talking to random people about the parkour workshop..

It was early in the morning and me and my brother were in VIK to do some morning training. We werent the only one though. Some of the little gymnast girls were there too. They asked us if me and my brother were their trainer for the morning. I told them we werent so they got disappointed. Well me and my brother did some random training. I woke up after some time swinging in the bars.

Too quick (DILD)

So just after finishing my VIK dream i was thinking about writing the dream in my hand journal, but just as i was thinking about writing the dream down, i fell asleep and went into this dream.

I was hanging with some of gymnast from my old gymnastics team. All 3 of the people i was hanging arent doing gymnastics anymore though. The 4 of us was doing nothing... i guess we were waiting for a training to begin or something. So we went to chill in this litle weird tree shelter. It was actually in the middle of a big bush and stuff so inside the shelter branches and leaves were all over. I removed the braches and leaves just to be polite to the girls, however NoName didnt even say thanks, she said something else i cant totally remember. Btw she had brown hair and a pony tail, big brown sunglasses and wore ALOT of makeup. I ad to leave the girls because i had to go to this family gathering at the beach. I dont remember how i got there, but i was late so i was told that i missed dinner. I ate tomatoes instead. I actually saw that they hadnt even finished eating the main course, they just told me couldnt have any. My two cousins were done though, they went to watch some TV because there was this program on that they absolutely had to see. I didnt notice that the TV was in the middel of the beach were there are no electricity and all... After eating some tomatoes i went to the beach that was just like 10 meteres from where we were eating. I found myself wearing a yellowish and grey speedo. Actually some guys i knew where at the beach also.. After some time wearing these speedo things, i took them of and just walked around naked. While walking around naked i noticed that everybody else were wearing their swimming gear, i didnt mind though.
I was talking to this little guy called Martin (im training with martin in VIK) or actually he was rather talking to me. He kept on blabbing about something i couldnt follow. Suddenly this girl i once had a crush on walked by me and i got all embarresed and all.. I thought to myself "This walking around naked has got to be a dream, this situation would NEVER occur in real life". I wanted to RC even though i knew i was dream. Btw martin still kept on talking nonsense to me. I put on my speedos and did a RC. It worked like a charm. Just after finishing my RC i saw some guys i knew. My brother, Boo, Simon and Stofi. They were tricking in the sand. Out of nowhere Simon goes for double frontflip and fails. He rotates about 75% of the was and smashes down on his neck. He isnt hurt or anything just a bit beat up.. My lucidity felt amazing and vivid. I felt just like i did in real life. I rubbed my hands together to stabilize the dream. I felt how it felt, and it did kinda feel like my fingers and palms were VERY sore. It felt just like when i have been swinging too much in the bars at VIK and when i then try to swing once more the fingers and palms ache.. that was the feeling i had when i rubbed my hands together. I also kept reminding me that it was a dream so i wouldnt loose my lucidity. While rubbing my hands i felt like waking up... DAMM... while stabilizing im waking up damm... I tried to stay in the dream but i only managed to stay in the dream about some seconds more...
What did i do wrong? Did i think about my physical body and then lost stability? What could i have done to stabilize the dream? Spin?

Well im going to tri to focus on the dream environment a bit more next time. Especially when im about to wake up so i wont think about my physical body but more of the dream itself.

I didnt really recall anything last night.. I know i had a killer dream, but i forgot it just after i woke up. I really tried to recall the dream but fell asleep trying..

Actually when i think about it my bad recall only occur when i eat loads of stuff just before going to bed.. Some days ago when i had bad recall was when i ate so much chocolate that i was about to throw up, and last night i ate so much chocolate pudding that i felt sick which then lead to bad dream recall.

But anyways, im looking forward to tonights lucids!

Eiffel Tower (Non-lucid)

Yesterday i didnt even recall any dream at all.. i thought it was because i stuffed down loads chocolate just before going to bed. And i guess i was right. Today i tried not to eat anything beforre going to bed, and sure enough my dreams came back.

I was standing up against a wall. One of my school mates from elementry school and a parkour mate where just next to me. I found a truffle in my pocket and were about to eat it. After taking a couple of bites i asked my parkour mate if he wanted to taste.. Apparenty he was being all healthy and stuff so he gladly said no thanks.. Well, i ate the rest of the Eiffel tower truffle.

After finishing my truffle we decided to go to bluff's (parkour mate) house. On our way there we saw this guy yelling something to his mother.. I thought i recognized that guy from an earlier dream.. he didnt have much hair, was pretty fat, and wore something that looked like letherhosen, and he also had a cane in his right hand.. What he was yelling to his mother was something about where he had parked his car.. Winter avenue or something he said..
While walking to bluff's house we were talking about the big parkour jam that was going down tomorrow.. Bluff told me that thais and julius couldnt be there because they planned to party all saturday night.. But o'mally was ready..

Indian ritual (Non-lucid)

I tried wilding, but fell asleep..

Me, my dad and my brother were on our way to karate practise. But as we got there the entire facility was taken over by soccer guys. We decided to skip karate today..

I suddenly found myself in a big forrest surrounded by indians.. They were performing this smoke ritual thing.. They drew smoke from a fire they had made. They drew the smoke from the fire in a rather special way.. They called upon the animal spirits who then arose from the fire and dragged the smoke to a sacred altar not far away.. I woke up just after one of the spirits placed the smoke at the altar.

Sleepover (Non-lucid)

I was the host of a big sleepover at my house.. all my parkour mates were invited.. I woke up shortly after the dream had begun.

I woke up and felt something was stuck in my throat. I tried to cough it up but nothing happened. I coughed some more and something came out of my mouth.. It was eyelashes.. After coughing up loads of eyelashes i still felt there was something stuck in my throat.. I kept coughing eyeslashes... I woke up.. FA
