Writing down your dreams and working on your recall consistently will definitely help. When I first started writing my dreams down they all seemed short and as I continued with it and continued practicing I was able to remember more and more. As far as extending the length of your dreams there are some posts around here (can't find them at the moment) that make some suggestions - mainly becoming lucid and using all your senses in your dream as much as possible - the theory being: the more you engage your dream senses, the more effort your brain does to provide sensory feedback, the more your brain is focused on the dream world and the longer it should last. |
