Dream Recall Gone with Depression due to unemployment!!

I'm not dreaming anythng anymore. Or i don't remember.
Plus i don't even have the drive to try to remember dreams.

Is this common with you guys?
Well i understand there's a lot of teens in this site who have not yet started working. So i don't know if it applies to many people in here. but i'm in my early 30s

I just stopped talking my antidepressants for a couple reasons. Those being that for one, I didn't need them anymore. The things I've been doing to try and obtain lucidity has made me a much happier and calm person. The second reason being is really just superstition. I think the boosted Serotonin levels make it so it's harder to recall dreams. This might be myth, though. I do know that once I got on the antidepressants, I'd hardly ever remember my dreams. This was before I knew about Lucid Dreaming. I'd just pass out with incredible ease and wake up after 7 or so hours completely refreshed. However, off the antidepressants I'd get crazy dreams that were pretty realistic.

I've only been off them for a few days now. I was taking what I had left for a couple weeks due to stress. If my dream recall and vividness improves, I won't be taking them again.
(Plus the totally kill the sex-drive, haha)

You're most likely not remembering your dreams because depression comes with stress or is caused by it. Stress is really bad for dreaming and causes negative effects. Try to take a few days to gather yourself or more if needed.

I thought the more stress/doubts you have (the more you think), the more likely you'll LD?
      That applies for me..
      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!

No, it's quite the opposite. The more doubts and stress you have only increases the chances that you won't have a LD.

Because if I'm stressed out about something, my mind will be constantly thinking about that stuff and will automatically visualize what would've happened IF I've done it the other way round (would it make a difference?) when I'm resting/closing my eyes.
