I have been having issues with my re-call as well. I've been practicing the MILD technique I tried auto-suggestion last night. I said I would remember my dreams when I woke up but nothing was there. |

I started my LD practices about a week ago, when i first started, i had very vivid dreams the first 3 nights of practicing, i wasn't using any techniques. I go to bed usually before 12 and wake up usually around 9. |

DREAM GOALS:
[x]Have a LD,[x]Get Stabilization undercontrol,[/]Controll My LDs well [ ] Meet my DG, [x]Fly,[ ] Fly fast!, [ ]Kick planets around, [/]Get a well charged Kamahamaha off(charged it up but it was kindof a dud lol),[ ] Seperate myself into good and evil,see which one i am in control off and fight the other to the death,[ ]Survive a Zombie apocalypse,[ ]Die in zombie apocalypse. reborn a zombie.[ ] Uproot a tree with my mind.
I recalled 3 dreams last night! |

What I do is just meditate after I wake up. Don't even move. Don't think. Meditate. Think about what happened. Try really hard, because it's in there. Just relax, let it come to you. |
