      Need some good mantras that will help with dream recall?

      Anyone know any good mantras that will help me with my dream recall? I just recently bought a journal today and I'm going to use it to write down my dreams to help me improve my recall. If anyone knows any good mantras I could use that will help me that would be great. ^_^

      "I will remember my dream signs"

      "When I wake up, I will remain still, keep my eyes closed, and remember my dreams"

      "I will be open-minded in my dreams and remember them"

      "I look forward to remembering my dreams"

      "I will remember my hidden desires in my dreams"

      "Please allow me to remember my hidden desires"


      These aren't the only ones, and most of them are basically the same with a few patched up words. But as long as you put intent into one of them, it should gradually increase your recall. Good luck!
