i have read many threads about people having problems with dream recall. Everyone's response seems to be along the lines of dream journals and making sure you dont move when you wake. well i was wondering if my alarm was the problem, to turn off my alarm i have to get up and walk a few steps and hit snooze, by the time i am out of bed i cant remember a single thing.
i do smoke weed i know its bad for recall, but i have takin B6 to try and help and nothing has improved im lucky if i remember 1 dream a week.
