My Dream Recall Surprises me!

Is it just me or does anyone start to recall more details as they start writting down the dreams they recalled. I started writting it and then bits of details I had forgot seem to come back to me. This morning, I couldn't really remember my dream but as I started writting the dream it turned out to be the longest dream I've recorded.

Yep I get that happening to me alot too. It's kinda why we use dream journals. :p

Yea that's what I'm talking about lol. That very reason is also why we use DJs. -.-

I'm even starting to recall dreams from ages ago. Just because of the details. It has really shown me how important it is to write down details in your DJ for dream recall. They really trigger the bigger picture of your dreams.

I've noticed, and I haven't even been writing in a DJ for a week yet, but just this afternoon when I went to right about a house I dreamt I was in, I was able to recall almost everything. It was crazy and awesome at the same time.
