      Weird Dreams

Well i stopped trying to lucid dream about 2-3 weeks ago because i got busy doing things. I have time now so im like why not and my dreams have been acting weird lately. Its going to be hard to explain. Before if i had a dream i would remember doing the actions in the dream and waking up thinking i had a dream. Now i just wake up and i have to think if i had a dream or not. Or i will remember it randomly during the day.

Is this because i have not been doing dream journal stuff?

Yeah, back before I had a DJ and started lucid dreaming, I would remember one dream per night, but it was always randomly throughout the day. You are just less aware of your dreams without a DJ.

Another factor could be a change in sleep schedule. Dreams are harder to remember if you aren't waking up in REM. So you might be waking in a stage of NREM, which is hard to do in the later hours of the night because of how long REM gets after that amount of time.

      Hope this helps.

Huh, what a unique dilemma. I think Brandonboss answered your question already, but I don't think that has ever happened to me before xD.
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.
