      30 day recall rehabilitation

So after another long break from lucids and dreams in general..I need to get back into it..I was most active with dreams about a year ago. So I have a lot of catching up to do. My recall is terrible, but I had a quite vivid dream the other night and it was kind of a push for me to study my dreams again. I plan to do everything possible to get a magnificent recall by the end of July. My idea is to do all the basic techniques to remember dreams in the morning and what not.(not moving, writing down any little detail to remember, emotions, etc.) however, I have a second influence. I want to keep a journal of my daily waking life as well. One, because I need to keep track of shit better.. And two, because dreams go over past events and mostly what you did on that specific day. So being able to refer to my waking life journal and comparing to my dream journal hopefully will help increase my recall greatly. If anybody is in a similar predicament and would like to join me in this 30 day recall restore is welcome to, also any ideas feel free to add. I'll post results along the way. Dream on.

Doing waking diary indeed can help, not only because of what you said, but also because it will make a habit of remembering and keeping track of things, increasing your memory overall. You can also try waking up right after dream, using mantras while falling asleep, like "I wake up after each dream and remember it".

      Good luck!

I'm going to join you on this. I've already consistently remembered my dreams for a couple days, hopefully it increases more!

I just started getting back into dreaming a few days ago, so I am definitely going to join you on this to try and make my recall better than it has ever been.
