      Do you record dreams that don't have dates?

      I have tonnes of dreams that I remember from before I journalled. Should I record them? Some of them happened months ago.

      I certainly do.

      If I have to start a new journal for any reason, typically the first dreams I write down are the first ones I remember as a child.

      A large part of the effectiveness of Dream Journaling is showing your subconscious that remembering dreams is a priority for you. So, as far as I can see, it shouldn't matter when those dreams occurred.

      Definitely do, they are dreams you had after all
      I find it useful to have as many dreams recorded as possible, since there's no telling when you'd forget them. Not to mention, they make great reading material when you feel like recalling past dreams, and also aid in dream recall. You never know what patterns or themes could show up again. Recording them is also very useful for future dream analysis.
