      Recalling dreams the afternoon

      Have you guys some tips to recall the dreams in the afternoon? I often sleep the afternoon but I never recalled a dreams. I slep 30-60 minutes and sometime even 90 minutes but I never recalled nothing

      I would suggest sleeping longer than 90 minutes at a time. From what I have read, it takes about 90 minutes for a person to go through all the sleep cycles to get into REM. If you only sleep 30-90 minutes, you are more than likely waking yourself up before you get into REM and therefore will lose some details about what you dream.
