      Recalling Dreams?

      I havent been able to recall my dreams lately(for the past week) I almost never have vivid dreams anymore. Is there something you experience dreamers have been doing that I don't know. Because it's been really boring to wake up for the past week and to find out I don't remember a thing about the dream. If any of you can help that would be greatly appreciated thanks.

      I had this last week. It was really frustrating!

      I linked it to stress + late nights. When the weekend came around I got relaxed and began recalling my dreams again and even had a LD
      Short term goals:
      3 LD'S IN SEPTEMBER. 3 SO FAR!
      Long term goals:
      -SUMMON A METEOR [x]
      -DRIFT A CAR [ ]
      -SUMMON A PERSON [x]
      -CONTROL MAGIC [ ]

      Yeah it could be with me going sleep at 1 am for 4 of the 7 days and the other 3 at 12am.

      Hehe I am no expert. But adding an extra hour really helped me.
