okay...when i wake up from a dream,i know i was dreaming and what not and i almost rmemeber what i was dreaming about ,but right when i wkae up i cannont remember what i dreaming about....but later on in the day i remember i was dreaming....someone help>??? |

That happened to me this morning. when I asked myself if I'd had a dream I said no, but something trigggered off my memory and now I wonder how I could have forgotten it, weird isnt it? |

well there is a problem with just laying there and trying to get the images...there are so many distactions...I'm still in high school,and laundry room is right next to mine...i hear banging...ppl in the house getting rdy to leave to work and school....it wakes me up...but the thing about all this is that i remember them later on in the day...or when i'm brushing my teeth right after i wake up... |

Some white noise could be useful--a fan or some other droning machine that blocks out the rest of the house's noise. Or you could try going to bed a little earlier than everyone else, so you wake up a little earlier than they do and have some peace and quiet. |
