      Messy Dream Journal?

Anyone else have a messy dream journal? Mine is not that bad but its like 30 pages of lose paper in a stack, with an average of 2-3 dreams per page. My hand writing is not that great when I wake up in middle of night to write down a dream either.

Thinking I might just throw out the ones that are not atleast half a page in detail.

I reccomend going through them and reading them...KEEP the ones that have your dreamsigns on them, or are of importance to you, and are not just dreams of nonesense.

Also, i know my hand writing sucks in the middle of the night...do you have a computer? that works for some people.

      cheers...

I use a computer for mine.
If you have a habit of turning it off, though, you might wanna set it as a schedulded task so that it always appears once you've logged in or something.

I just use a notebook I got from my mom's school. I used to use loose sheets of paper, I'm not ever trying to do that again...

Now, I only write down the ones that have some special significance to me.
I keep them in MS Word documents on my computer.

Keep em.... I tossed away books from 10 years ago and I regret it now.

Computer thing helps (never thought of that as I have a lap top that I use). I also brought a small recorder (cost about $60). I keep it on a table next to my bed.

I was thinking about that. I really don't see myself getting out of bed in the middle of the night to type though.

I really don't see myself keeping them all. After 10 years I would have a box of paper and I couldn't even read them if I wanted to.

Infact I don't read them how it is, I pretty much only write in them to help my recall. I think some of the longer ones might be nice though.

the way that seems unused, messy, random
is often the beautiful pattern of nature and chaos

"If you see the Buddha on the path slay him, for he is not the Buddha"
      -my friend
"But what if the Buddha was just crossing the path?"
      -me

both organization and sloppiness are virtues in their own way

      I keep no journal.

But I write it all down eventually anyway, due to this site and poetry...
