i find that sometimes a word or a stement or sight in the waking world will trigger a dream memory. it's usually a common dreamsign. it may be DC's you know in real life, common scenery or anything.

I'm going to write down my common dreamsigns and then look over the list every morning to see if it helps trigger more DR.

anyone else may try this too. post your experience.

i feel the same way. i usually wake up and i'm like: "damn it! no dream!" but as the day goes on i guess i look at something that triggers something and i pretty much say this to myself (word for word): "oohhhh that was a dream??!"

so anyway. if i remember ill post what happens tommorow. my dreams always seem to make place in the car/bus for the most part. and this is usually when i remember them (when i see the car/bus).

True. One night I dreamt I was in some sort of office room messing around with my girlfriend when I suddenly saw the head of a Dutch Politician peeping at us over an office Cubical wall.
I woke up with like 0 dreamrecall. Only feelings I couldn't put to words.

So I turned on the TV and by coincedence there was some news about this Politican on TV. It immediately triggered the Memory from the Dream.

Too bad dreams are so unpredictable. I guess it might help drawing alot of DreamScenes and DreamCharacters that you encounter VERY often in almost every dream. And then placing those drawings on a wall near your Bed. It may help trigger some Dream Recall. But yeah...Dreams are very unpredictable.

I'm having a hard time remembering dreams too lately so I could sure use a good Dream Recall improving method. I try to keep a DJ, but it's been such a long time without any possitive effects on my Dream Recall.
