Hey, you stole my sig. Sig thief! |

My recall has not been too great, and I want to do whatever I can in order to improve it. However, I cannot set an alarm or anything to wake myself up during the night. I already keep a detailed dream journal, and I take B-complex every other night. I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night (usually 10). What can I do to improve my recall? |

"Of course it is all happening inside your head...but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"

Who has the correct quote? |

Actually, neither. LOL |

"It was a dream! Can you control what you dream about, Hermione?" -HP7-9 Tasks-
If you wish to remember earlier REM periods, drink a few glasses of water to get you up earlier. You say alarm clocks are an issue--is this because you are worried about waking someone else up? If that's the case, try using a cellphone alarm (on vibrate). |

uuuh...so i should take a brake too...? (i already did by not remembering my dreams for too long...) |
|
That's not a break. That's not remembering. Takign a break is not even trying to remember. Try it for a week or so. It should work. |
