What in the HELL is a synchronicity??

A synchronicity is when things in life work out too perfectly. Ill give you an example of one in my life.

I started travelling, backpack on my back, not havin a clue what its like to be homeless. My friend Matt and I were on our way ot Orange County. The bus was really late. Insanely late. All because of a traffic jam because everyone slowed down to look at a cop car on the side of the raod! So we missed our train, to OC. SO we had to take the next one which left really late at night. We waited and took the train. We had a plan to stay at a camp site we heard about. But when we got to our stop, the trains doors didnt open in front of us! And they kept moving. We talked to a conducter and said "What the hell?" And they said, well drop you off at the next one....oh thanks! Now we dont knwo where the fuck we are, its the middle of the night, and we're luggin around are big backpacks. It seemed like everything was going wrong for us. We got out near Dana Point, some town we never heard of. THen Matt stuck out his thumb to try and get a ride to the campsite way back. I dont know if anyone's tried hitching in Cali at night, but its tough. AMazingly the second car that passed pulled over for us. The guys name was Arrow. He let us stay at his place for two days, gave us a portable stove,was a really cool guy, and he helped us figure out OC, and what places were cool. And we would never have met him if it werent for all of the delays.

Basically a synchronicity is when life seems to mystically sync up. Like if you were to say "God, if you're there...show me a sign" and then you see a shooting star. Shit like that. The perfect timing of you asking the quesiton, and that shooting star...uh..shooting. Did that make sense? I bet I could have explained it much better, in less words, but whatever.

And in dreams, it happens all the time. Dreams just never get too boring usually. You'll happen to run into people al the time, and happen to get rides and happen to meet an elf that knows how to defeat the dragon....or something....

I thought those were called "coincidences"

Kind of but theyre different. If you believe everything is random and not connected, youd call it a coincidence. If you believe they are, in some way that cant be seen, connected, then its a synchronicity. A synchronicity is more than a coincidence. Im not gonna debate about synchronicities in real life, but they definately are real in dreams, because your mind is creating all of it. When I looked at a voncano and it suddenly errupted, it wasnt a coincindence. It was a synchronicity. My subconcious made it errupt.

Well call it whatever you want, do you see how thats a dream sign? Dreams timelines usually connect in wierd ways all of the time. So if you do a RC everytime something works out without planning it, then maybe....

Though that might be a less obvious dream sign then others, whatever works for you! To help you along just ask yourself throughout the day: Does this make too much sense?
