Help, I'm suffering from a dry period.

NONE OF YOU MAKE THE OBVIOUS JOKE!

But seriously, I'm used to recalling about 5 dreams per night, at least one of which is lucid. However, over the last few weeks, for no real reason, my recall has shriveled up and died. This is really starting to make me angry, I've tried everything I can think of (hypnosis, everything posted here, B6 etc). Does anyone have any methods, It really feels like I'm missing out on a big part of my lif. And I want it back.

I've done everything I can find on the forum, but still, I can't seem to get it going again. It's a shame, looks as if I'll have to start from scratch with this bloody recall. Ah well, I guess it could be due to stress, but if anything, I'm far less stressed now than I used to be.

      Yeah, AIM sucks balls.

      Unless you're sending files.

Other than that, it sucks balls. I only ever use it to chat with wasup. Since he won't friggin get msn.

      Friggin wasup.

Trillian rocks -- especially the new v3. You can be on all the IM services at once. Anyone please feel free to IM me anytime.

Congrats Alex! If you're like me, they come and go.

How quickly these topics go off course

It seems everyone goes through dry spells. I myself am trying to pull out of one. I remember 5+ dreams a night, but am only getting lucid about once a week

Seems to me that it is stress related and due to disrupted sleep schedules more than anything else.
