Dream Recall going downhill..

Hello.

I am getting so annoyed at my dream recall lately..once I wake up in the morning it seemed like I didn't dream at all! That happened like 3 nights straight 2 weeks ago, and it happened today and yesterday.

Right when I started my dream journal, I was remembering 1-2 dreams per night. But now my recall is fading..any tips?

Once again, last night; June 5, can't remember at all. I know I DID dream, but I only remember this tiny blurry picture, like I was in tunnel vision.

Lay back down in bed and think for a second. That's what I do.

If possible, don't leave your bed while recalling dreams.

When nothing comes at all, keep asking yourself over the next few hours, "What did I dream about?". The second you get even a flash of something, stop whatever you're doing, if you can, and focus on that flash. Ask yourself what is going on in it and what else happened and write anything down, no matter how vague and disjointed.
