Yeah I've watched people play it many times but never really got what was so great about it. I mean, seems kinda boring. My favorite drinking game, by far...is Kings. Had some crazy times with that one.

I made a CD that has 60 songs, each cut out to 1 minute. If you get a large group of people to play, it starts getting a lot of fun after the 15th song. haha. Its great because you don't have to keep up with the timing either.

Kings? What is that?

haha kings is fun indeed. I just started playing last weekend and I'm already a big fan.

Yeah as soon as I say I'm 18 people sort of go "oooh yeah, I see it now..." When people are guessing my age, I usually either get 13 or mid-20's....not entirely sure why that is.

But yes, I'll be thankful when I'm 40.

Interesting but that's definitely not how we play Kings.

Red 2-8 you drink whatever number you draw

Black 2-8 you pick who drinks (if you draw an 8 you can give 8 to one person or 4 to one person and 4 to someone else, 1 and 7, etc.)

9 - Rhyme time, just keep rhyming until someone can't, they drink

10- categories, you pick a category...like...types of beer and then go around in order naming one until someone can't think of one, they drink

Jack - Thumb rule and make up a rule (example: anytime someone says "drink drank or drunk" they have to drink...or the next 6 that gets drawn has to get naked lol, can get really interesting...we usually always ended up naked when we played in Miami) The rule is constant throughout that game, but only the person who has drawn the most recent Jack has thumb rule (they put their thumb on the table at ANY time during the game and the last person to follow and do the same has to drink) The next person to draw a Jack gets thumbrule and so on. (the more creative the more fun)

Queen - questions, we do this a bit differently...you can only ask questions, you can't answer but you can ask anyone in the circle you want, you don't have to go in order, just make sure you look at the person clearly to whom you are asking, that way you can go back and forth with one person and try to slip them up...the best questions are sexual in nature cause it throws the other person off...example "want to have sex with me?" "do you think we should have a 3-some with so and so..." etc. (the more creative the more fun)

King - you pour a little bit of your drink so that the cup in the middle gets a bit fuller with every King drawn (the last king drawn has to drink the entire cup no matter what nasty mixture is in there)

Ace - waterfall, just like they explain it...the person who draws the Ace starts the waterfall (drinking), the next person can't stop drinking till the first person decides to stop, the third person can't stop till the second person stops...etc. (you can be an asshole and drink as long as you want)

I have some awesome video clips of us playing Kings. Too bad I can't post em.

Heh, I don't think there is a drinking game in existence who's rules don't vary from party to party. You could find five different variations within a square block on a college campus on any given weekend!

Only game I remember playing that seemed consistent among different friends and groups was President( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_(game) )- but even that game was known by a bunch of different names!

hahahaha! that was stupid! don't you normally extinguish the flame before shooting flaming shots? the one time i did any flaming shots (Sambuca) i was told to place the palm of my hand on the shot glass, thus extinguishing the flame and suctioning the shot glass to my hand. then, you're supposed to raise it to your mouth, remove the glass from your hand, inhale the fumes, then shoot it.
