Dont worry, I'm usualy never shirtless. This is a rare picture for me to have of myself.

These three require a little background information. First of all, my bird loves high places. If he's above your head, he's in heaven for some reason. Anyways, he loves to fly around from window treatment to window treatment and stare down at us, or even sleep up there sometimes. Often he'll go 'exploring' and clamber all around the things, hanging upside down and such. This time, he slid himself down the shutter-twisty-rod-thing, and somehow got one foot onto one of the crosspieces of the window. It looks really awkward, but he loved it, and he sat there for a good half hour just looking out the window.

Here's the latest round of pictures. The first few are just me taking shots of myself, playing with my camera since I have nothing better to do. All in all, here are 12 pictures out of the 350+ that I took...

I have my hair down in this one, but you can't really see how long it is. It goes down to about the middle of my back, but it's hard to get a good picture of it.



Some of you skew your eyebrows. I cross one eye, switching between them with ease.

In Wilmington, North Carolina, my brother, sister-in-law and I went on a "Ghost Walk" and visited some of the supposedly most haunted sites and while it was intreiguing, no ghost. We were also going to go on the "Haunted Pub Crawl"... but I forgot my ID.

On my way home, I stopped at Multnomah Falls (in Oregon, the greatest state in the nation, IMHO). I hadn't been there in a long time and since I was by myself I was finally able to "hike" the .6 mile up to the bridge viewing the upper waterfall. Absolutely breathtaking!

I'm a very chronological kind of guy, so I'm tempted to post my pictures in chronological order. However, that means you get my oldest ones first, then my most recent ones. Or, you get my most recent one first, then each one older after that. What do you think?

For now, I'll just post my oldest one I have until someone says to post them otherwise.

So, I had to put on my dad's worn-out jeans to go do some yardwork. I was in a silly mood, so instead of taking off my jeans, I tried putting my dad's on over mine, but they only would go up part of the way. I noticed this 2-layer effect and thought it looks neat, so I pulled my white shirt forward over my head so it only covers my front (and the neckhole is at the bottom). Then I got another shirt and put it on over it and pulled it back over my head so it covers my back. Then I got my knee socks and pulled them up all the way.

I was at Wal-Mart (where I worked) and it was Halloween, so I dressed up as someone out of a black and white photograph.

We were out getting a Christmas tree and were all heading back to the van. I was far away and had plenty of energy, so I ran as fast as I could back. I slipped on some mud and in a split second was completely laying down in the mud. My arm was straight up, so I fell directly on my body. I hit the ground before I could even begin to think that I had slipped. It didn't really hurt for some reason, and I got up immedately and ran the rest of the way. You can't see it in here, but the mud goes up my shirt to my armpit.

I posted this when I took it at the forum I frequented all the time. A lot of the members said something to the effect of "Holy shit! Idec, you look like a fuckin' SERIAL KILLER!"

I then proceeded to shower, shave, and take another picture. They said I still looked like a serial killer and even the most arrogant member said he wished he looked as scary as I do.


Wanting to be Squall for Halloween, I started growing my hair out so it would be the right length.

I accidentally cut my hand with a razor blade at work. Right when I did it, I could feel the blade cut through my skin (I couldn't see my hand where it was) and the first thought through my head was (oh no, it's going to bleed and I might get in trouble for cutting myself). It didn't even hurt until later when I went to clean it up. Oddly enough, I look forward to the sting of cleaning cuts up and am disappointed when it doesn't sting as much as I expected.
