      Today's plan was:
      Same as other attempts.

      Results:
I drank a big glass of water.
I fell asleep at around 1:30.
I woke up at 7:30 (via cellphone alarm).
I wrote down a dream on my DJ, went to the bathroom and then, went back to bed and meditated about today's goals.
Lying on my back, I've started with deep breathing. After a few seconds, I started feeling vibrations, and then, HI appeared. But then, nothing deeper happened. I gave up at around 50 minutes.

Same plan as Yesterday, but WBTB one cycle before (I had to get up earlier, like all saturdays). Same fail.

I've experimented with three different WBTBs. None of them successfull, but that would change with time (I hope).

4 Cycles (6 hours): This is my "normal" WBTB timing. I wake up (naturally if I can, otherwise with alarm), recall my dreams, go to the bathroom, and then back to bed. I am not to groggy or awake, but my muscles don't feel very well (any tip?). However, I feel I'm not that far.

3 Cycles (4.5 hours): same routine, worst results. I am very sleepy, and my muscles feel damn bad.

1.5 hours after 6 hours WBTB: I've tried this timing only one time, and It worked well (no success, but close). I recall any dreams, go to the bathroom, and back to the bed. I felt vibrations, but after an hour I gave up (and then I had a DILD).

At this time, the technique that suits me better is deep breathing, without counting. I've tried other techniques like classic breath-counting (It didn't work, I lost the count quickly), Ninja's very deep breathing+counting backwards (I can do the breathing part, but I can't stand counting) and 61-points technique (I can't remember that damn points).

I usually have HI, but It's very unstable, cause They appear when I get lost in wanderings and disappear when I regain awareness. I once heard the sound of a corwd in a soccer match, and smelled soup. Those felt very realistic.

I had SP a couple of times. I felt vibrations and breathing became harder, but nothing that extreme.

If you have never had a successful WILD by the end of the course, you may skip this assignment.
I've had only one WILD, a month ago. This is the story:

I went to Córdoba (like 500 miles away) and on the bus back I slept only 3 hours (of 11). I got home at 7:30, and went to the bed. In 2 or 3 hours, I had 5 dreams (the last was the WILD). After the 4th dream (a very short and unstable DILD), I woke up pretty numb. I think "I should make a WILD attempt", so I closed my eyes. One second after, I saw a light. It was only a flash, and then, I got rid of my physical body and went out of the bed. All was very realistic, like being awake but with anisotropic filtering (?). After a few steps, all starts to collapse. I remembered hat look at your hands trick, so I stabilized the dream. I go to the kitchen, when I hear a sound, like someone walking. I go back to my bedroom, cause I don't wanna explain anybody why I'm having a LD (damn dream logic!). The dream became unstable again, and I couldn't stabilize It, so I woke up.
