Assignment: Go through your dream journal and analyse where the content of your dreams comes from. Is it mostly day residue? Do you notice a lot of false memories or faulty logic in them?

A large part of my dreams revolve around characters from my past and scenes from my past, it's basically like my dream schema?, they are not really false memories more like I'm just living there again with the same people in the present, although every so often a character will pop up that has a made up history.

I do get a lot of day residue, at the moment I'm planning a trip to Russia and almost every night I dream about travelling or flying somewhere (in a plane unfortunately), I dreamt about putting new tires on my bike last night after emailing around for prices yesterday.

I have a surprisingly low amount of false logic and when something weird happens it tends to induce lucidity, I recently dreamt that I was scuba diving, but I had my mask on the whole time and obeyed the laws of this universe. I had a super short LD about someone heading a ball wrong in soccer and became instantly lucid. Maybe I could invent a dream world for myself???

I aslo randomly experience strong emotions, particularly uncontrollable rage

I tried to see how much each dream content category shows up (this is an estimate)
day residue = 50%
schemas = 60% if my past is a schema?
faulty logic = 5%
strong emotions = 20%
