Yeah, just having some trouble recalling dreams. I had this problem a few months ago, so I decided to create a regular sleep schedule for myself. Now I go to sleep at 12AM, and ALWAYS wake up at 8 am. Sometimes I feel tired after sleeping for 8 hours though...And like this morning I sleep another hour or two. But the only thing I can remember from my dreams is something about stealing, and possibly some parkour and free running. It makes a little bit of sense since I played Assassin's Creed 2 about 3 days ago. I've tried to stay still when I wake up, and I just don't remember to. I never remember any technique to remembering dreams - It starts as when I wake up I remember something, or after I get in the shower I start remembering bits and pieces of my dreams. Sometimes though I don't remember my dreams until the middle/end of the day when I see an object that was in me dream or something that will remind me of what was in my dream.
