I have been busy and have not had time to post in my workbook or DJ for a while. My recall had dropped over the past few days and I recalled no dreams for some days. Last night I recalled two dreams. They weren't very long or vivid. In my first dream I was one of the characters of Supernatural. Me and my brother( the character from Supernatural) were going into some house. The house was a log cabin in a forest. We searched the forest but couldn't find anyone inside. MY brother went outside to search around when some guy sneaked behind me, grabbed me and tied me to a chair. He was telling me things when my brother came back inside. Then I woke up. In my other dream I was in some outdoor place. I was sitting on the ground talking to my friend and there were other people around. I think I was talking about supernatural. The scene changed and I was somewhere else but int he same area. I was sitting with some famous teenagers and their parents. There was a pool and a guy announced a race. The famous teenagers went to swim in the race with some children and some other teenagers. When it was over there was a guy taking pictures from in the pool of one of the famous teenagers with another boy. She didn't want the guy to take pictures of her but she let him anyway. The dream ended and I woke up.

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and recalled 4 dreams but I was very tired and didn't write them down. When I woke up again I tried to recall them but could only remember fragments of 1. In the dream I remember my mom wanting to copy some songs to make a CD and I showed here how to do it but it didn't work at first and only worked after the fourth try. That's all I remember from the dream. I can remember some DCs from my other dreams but I can't remember what happened in them at all.

I had another night where I woke up in the middle of the night and recalled four dreams but when I woke up I could only recall two of them. One of them was a short dream but the other was longer and I almost went lucid. In my first dream I was a security guard and I was standing outside a shop. There was another security guard there with me. We put two huge chains over the two entrances to the shop and padlocked them. Some people came to the shop and wanted to go in but we weren't letting them in ( I have no idea why we weren't letting them in). In my other dream I was in my house and a spirit of a girl came to me and told me something. The scene changed and I was in another house. The spirit started to burn down the house. I followed here around and in one room there was a man. The man got really angry with the spirit and pulled out two large guns that could not have fitted in both of his hands. The guns had some weird blue glow around them. I thought this was weird and almost went lucid. The guy was going to shoot the spirit but she said don't worry and walked over to a table. There were pictures on the table and as she walked near to the table one of the pictures turned white and was shining brightly. The spirit jumped into it and disappeared to somewhere. The whole time I was standing there and the man and spirit couldn't see me. I think I will go lucid tonight after coming so close.

Last night I recalled two dreams. The one was very short and the other was longer but wasn't very vivid. In my first dream Iw as in my mom's bedroom and Iw as taking my clean washing off her bed. I took it to my room and the dream ended. In the otehr dream I was going to stay at my cousin's house for a while. It started at his front door and I had a large suitcase. I went inside and put in the bedroom. Both my cousins were there. I went to brush my teeth. After I was done I went to another room. Both my cousins from the hosue were there as well as anotehr cousin and someone from school. Someone started to play music and my one cousin left with the person from school. I can't remember what happened exctly after that but I remember vaguely walking throuhg the hosue and at one satge there were a lot of people in the entrance.

30/09 I was in a large building with lots of people mainly from my school. There was a man giving a demonstration of a small ball he had invented. The ball was kind of like a hacky sacky. To play you have to kick the ball into the air and as it comes down it somehow builds up some energy and you can kick it really hard at somebody. The scene changed I was at a field with my friend and some other guy from school. We all had those new balls and my friend and I kicked them into the other guy.

01/10 All I remember is walking through my school with my friends.

I was very busy over the weekend and couldn't go on dreamviews. For the last two nights I had no recall.

I only read the chat from last class today so I will start with the incubation tonight. Last two nights have been more dreams of me in school. Nothing special happened I was just sitting in class. In one of them I had a new teacher but didn't take notice of it.

6/10 I only incubated once just before I went to sleep. When I woke up i could only remember fragments of my dreams of me at school. I went back to bed after that and when I woke up I recalled one long dream. In the dream there was a large open area with two tall buildings ( about 4 stories high) in the centre. There were lots of people all over. I knew a lot of them but most of them were people who I have never seen before. I needed to go to the toilet and I went inside one building. There was a long line to the bathroom and most of the guys were going through a door in the back. I went through the door and found myself on my school fields. Everyone was peeing behind the trees but there was no space. I left and went into the other building. Somehow I knew that it was my house. I went up the stairs to the top floor were there were many toilets. As I went to one, a guy from my school came in with his girlfriend. Hid girlfriend was crazy and was throwing things all over the place. When I left the building I went to my one friend. We walked away from everyone to a street. We met with some other people from my school. Some people had plastic bottles and were hitting each other with them. Everyone started to jog as if in a race. We were jogging in a city. As we ran through one of the buildings one of the girls tripped and smashed here head into the corner of a table. Her teeth were broken but she got up and said she was fine. We carried on running until we got to the end. Everyone started to leave. My friends all had bikes and I had to run to keep up with them. We went across hills that looked artificial. We were about to get to a road when I woke up.

7/10 I incubated three times before I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and recalled one long dream but was too tired to write it down. When I woke up normally I couldn't recall that dream or any others.

8/10 I incubated twice yesterday before I went to sleep. I recalled two dreams but still none in the dessert. In my first dream I was in a boxing ring with a random DC. We boxed for a while then we got on horses and put our gloves on the end of sticks. The ring became bigger and we boxed on the horses. In my other dream I was in a dark room with my sister. We were looking for something. We found a box and opened it. I turned on my phone for some light but there was hardly any. I tried to turn up the light but there was still almost no light.

9/10 I incubated twice before sleeping. I only recalled one short dream. In my dream I was playing DOTA on my computer.

10/10 I was very tired and busy on the day and didn't incubate. I had no recall that night.

11/10 I meditated last night before I went to sleep but I had no recall.

How about meditation? Any chance to meditate, even for five minutes?

I've been busy and haven't had time to update and haven't been focused that much on lucid dreaming. There was a tragedy in my family a few days ago and it hasn't helped with my focus on lucid dreaming.

12/10 I meditated before I went to sleep, visualised and said my mantra. I only recalled one dream. In my dream there were lots of people rioting in a street. The street was narrow and I think i was somewhere in South America. There wqas a stage and a guy jumped up on it and shouted through a microphone that we all shouldn't have to write in our DJs every day.

13/10 I was tired and only visualised for a short while before I fell asleep. I recalled 2 dreams. In my first dream I was on a rugby field. There was a team practicing on the other side. I was talking to a man about a secret service I was in. The scene changed and I was tied to a chair in a building. The people who had captured me were laughing saying that I would never escape. There was a girl who was in there who was working undercover for the same company as me. In my second dream I was at the top of the stairs in my aunt's house. I walked down and went into her garden. There was a large iron gate and I kicked a coke bottle over it. I went through and I was on a very busy street in a city that reminded me of New York. I crossed the street and walked for a while until I got to my car. The car was just of the main street with a lot of other cars parked there. My whole family popped up at the same time as I got there. I told my mom how the coke bottle that I had kicked had almost hit her. We got in the car quickly because because we had parked some other people in who were wanting to leave.

14/10 and 15/10 I didn't do any preparation and I was focused on lucid dreaming. One of the reasons is because of my cousin's death. I recalled no dreams.

16/10 I was really tired last night and only meditated for a few minutes. I recalled one dream. In my dream I was in a university. I was in a lecture hall. The lecturer was talking about blame. When the lecture ended I left and I met up with a girl. We were going to a court date for something she had done. I remember there was a calender with one month having 52 days in it. I went to a building to find my sister so she could drive us to the court.

18/10 and 19/10 I was sick and tried to catch up on sleep. I didn't do anything before I fell asleep and had no recall. I am getting better now so I will try get back into it.

20/10 I fell asleep without visualising, saying a mantra etc. I recalled one dream. In the dream I was walking to a cricket stadium. There were lots of people all over and I snuck under the booms. The crciket teams were warming up for the match they were about to play. I walked behind a large building and there was a random shower in the side of the wall. I had a shower. When I got out there were people talking about making a building on the edge of the cricket field which was just veld.
