Flu is something hard to deal with, I am sorry.

However, you noticed that with a little focus on the forums and dream stuff, you improved. Try to improve a little bit every day, try to focus a little bit more each night. By the time, you will get used to be more focused. Keep up the good work and get well soon

As well, this was an unintentional WBTB. I finally got to sleep at 2, and was woken up at 7:30 for school (which would be 5.5 hours, as suggested by most WBTB tutorials), and I went back to bed about 15 minutes later when my mom called in sick for me, I went back to bed. That could've also helped with my dream recall, right? As well, I was thinking about the previous dream, so could that have created a MID? (MILD without the Lucid part)

And as much as the goals of class are important, if need be, the class goals go on the back burner until I can find and confront my fears in my dream, I hope you can understand PercyLucid, but if not, still won't change my mind.

      During a nap:

In World of Warcraft, when you try to venture into the sea, a bar labled "fatigue" kills you if you go to far. I remember thinking "there's a glitch that lets me disable that", so I used the glitch, and I started walking on the water across the ocean. I saw this island in the distance, and ran over to it, however, everything turned dark, and I got really cold. "This HAS to be a dream" I thought. I yelled "LIGHT" really loud, but woke up when I did. So, it seems I did have a lucid dream, it was really crappy, but a little lucid dream is better than none, right?

I do understand. The goals are for student's progress, but that is up to the each of you.

Nice job on that short lucid dream. Even if they are crappy, they could as a lucid and will help you to have more.

Another problem, I am not good at visualising things that I want to visualise (sure, i can visualise very well, but it ain't things of my choosing). However, I do have a real chest with a lock, and a bunch of scraps of paper. If I wrote what happened in my day on said scraps, and put them in the chest, would that work any?

Can't remember anything, I think my old meds must've really helped with dream recall. Regardless, I'mma exercise really hard to try and rebound tonight. My doctor gave me a prescription for my old meds, so it is just a matter of waiting it out until they get filled. Still have high hopes for the next couple of days, of course

That is funny, having a real chest. Yeah, it does work, but writing your thoughts seems time consuming. You need to go to bed asap after you filled it up.

That creates a paradox, if I write on a piece of paper "putting my memories in a chest", do I then have to put down "putting 'putting my memories in a chest' in a chest", and so on?
