Hi everyone,

This is my intro workbook, I just started lucid dreaming again, and I know that I have a lot to learn. I usually recall an average of 3 dreams per night, but if I really try I can get about 5. I naturally wake up during the night, every night, and I used to right ym dreams but now I find it easier to use my phone or mp3 as a voice recorder. I have had a DILD, MILD, WILD and DEILD and am yet to have a FILD and probably never have an EILD. My favourable technique is probably MILD.

Well you already have a good start. I understand how lucid dreaming can become frustrating if you aren't having a lot of success. I do love the MILD technique and will be talking a lot about it later in the class.

I recommend getting a list of some dream goals. Some things you can really get excited about. Think about them during the day and when/if you reality check. This helps me increase LD frequency and stay interested.

Okay I will create some goals, I would prefer to keep them private if thats okay? And yeah I do reality checks.

Had a late night so I only meditated for a bit. I can vaguely remember the dream. Probably my worst night of recall in ages.
