Hey Shockwave, look forward to your lessons Meditation to me is a means of relieving stress and entering a state of peace and calmness. I also think that we can use it for affirmations and using the LOA by programming our subconscious minds during this clear and undisturbed mind state.
I hope to gain a stronger sense of self and well being with meditation. I will also use it for success with lucid dreaming.
