You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

+ Memory: Never to be forgotten

When we think of memory in regards to lucid dreaming, we usually think of dream journals, recall sessions, trying hard to remember those dreams we only JUST woke up from. Something that is not often considered, and should be greatly more so, is memory of waking life while in dreams.
There are two sides to the wall of this dream amnesia, forgetting dream life and forgetting waking life; these both impact almost every aspect of lucidity.
More frequent LDs, lengthier LDs, more accurate dream recall, increased mental clarity and reasoning -- all of this and more is what awaits once we start "breaking down the wall", paving the way for more advanced activities and exercises to be carried out in all of your dreams.

This section of the course will focus on detailed methods for memory enhancement and their applications both within and outside of dreams.
