Thread: Class Time

So louie,

By starting the courses...does that mean the course threads will be created and the "courses" section open to public view??

Is this where we will be posting our syllabi? I know, I know....technically is syllabuses....I just can't bring myself to say it lol.....

Id like to know your opinion on how you see this all coming together and how the final organization will appear.

The classrooms are, and will always be, hidden.

So basically, when the classes start, each prof. will give me a list of names of those in their class and I will give them access to the "current courses" and "student workbooks" forums. The "current courses" forum is where all the syllabi & class-related threads will go. "Student Workbooks" is where the students will post their DJs and assignments. Because the core classes need to be smallish (it's too hard keeping up with 20+ students for one teacher!), only current students will have access to these forums.

If and when we have workshops (workshops would be open--anyone can participate without having to formally sign up), we could hold them in the main DVA forum.
