[22:36] <zebrah> First, I set my alarm for about an hour or 2 before I officially wake up for the day. I stay awake for about 15-20 minutes.
[22:36] <zebrah> During this time, I constantly ask myself if I'm dreaming and perform reality checks. I also think about what my goals are. For example, if I want to fly, I envision myself flying and what I want to do while I'm lucid.
[22:36] <zebrah> I also read through some of my favorite journal entrees. I go over some of my good lucids and remember how good it felt to be lucid.
[22:36] <zebrah> So basically, during the time I'm awake, I pretty much cram my mind with lucid dreaming so that way I'm bound to have one. It actually gives me around a 50/50 shot of success.
[22:36] <zebrah> Goals I feel are important because it gives you motivation. Do you have any goals? For now, it should be kept simple like flying. Then later once you are comfortable with attaining lucids, you can focus on bigger things.

[22:36] <@louie54> We use digital clocks because the numbers have a harder time restabilizing themselves when you look away and look back
[22:36] <PercyLucid> - OK. All threes are with their roots underthe floor, they are not moving oddly, their color is normal. The cars are on their wheels, all cars moving have people inside. I look at people, to make sure all are humans,then I look at the sky. If I am alone, I focus on a high point and I intend to be there. If I am still in the same spots, passes. I might try to jump as well
