      saw sin city

yeah this movie is up in the air. the characters were interesting and so were the graphics, but the story was choppy and corney. now i know this was based on a comic book but i was just making an observation. -- the movie was entertaining, that's what i have to say about it. 2.5/5

Great movie. I'd give this one a 4.5/5.

The visuals were beyond impressive. Movies like Spider-Man and X-Men piss me off with their constant use of CGI that contribrutes nothing to the movie other than attempting to "wow" the audience.

The visuals in this movie however weren't simply an issue of cosmetics. This movie was technically "based on a comic book", but in reality it was a comic book, injected with life. The endless and extreme violence just contributes to this atmosphere.

The only criticism I have is the story. While Pulp Fiction nicely tied its three seperate stories together, Sin City left them a little more independent.

I saw the movie. I loved the visuals like Brady said. The storyline left much to be desired though. My father fell asleep next to me during the movie so it was kind of annoying with him so close to me. I liked the way the some of the characters were developed. The director really showed the characters in a way that made me happy. The director used what he had. I think that I would give it a 3.5/5.

As for the naked women it wasn't such a big deal. I have seen so many in real life that it doesn't matter to me. The way people feel when they see a naked person amazes me. My friends and I walk around each others houses naked all the time.
