If he puts characters like Lulu in he'll just alter their uniforms. He's done it before with Haloid (see dance at end).
Kairi was kind of the wtf factor. But I think that was what he was going for and he did an great job with it.
I really liked the implementations of the teleport too... and of course all the magic in the FF series.

wow, thats crazy, I just watched these the other day, and now here they are on dreamviews. Its like I have a connection with you guys now Oo. I loved all of them...except the kasumi clone one...I wanted to see more one on one between her and the FF chick. but all the rest I simply LOVE

I believe the Kasumi clone one was done to progress the story. It's hinted that they are taking Tifa back to clone her, so I think that was a good way of inadvertently setting it up - by showing what they'd done to Kasumi. I kinda liked it, though. That scene where they are going all-out against the summons was pretty awesome.
